Another tip is when going to the grocery store go to a nice register (lol) and then ask them if they have any *spare receipts for a project* and if they ask you how much you want and tell them give them all you have , my mom came home with a ton and I mean a ton of recites

I work at a retail store where customers tell me they don't need a receipt so I keep it and put it in a bag to take a picture of it or make money for receipts. Is like a tip at work for me since we have paying receipt appd

Another thing to do is pick up the receipts off the ground and scanning them. Wal-Mart is a GOLD mine. By doing this you also make the world a better place by picking up litter. 👍

I've been saving my reciepts for about a year with the crazy idea that I would actually itemize them and figure out where my money goes. Ive heard people mentioned these apps and from what I'm gathering your able to scan the same receipt through each app, effectively getting paid out 3 times per reciept? Wondering if there's any other reciept apps you've tried besides these and any cons to all of them as well. Ill probably come back later and use your code and finally download/ try them all out so that I can make use of these massive piles of reciepts. Thanks 😊

There is a time frame for submitting receipts before they don't accept the receipts on each app. I use probably 6 apps related to receipt apps including the ones she mentioned. But, I'm terrible at remembering to upload my receipts. Every year, I claim an average of $10k on my tax return that is income I made through mobile apps I've used for over 5yrs.

They say you can scan 35 receipts/week, but in reality they won't let you back in after waiting a week from the last scan--you must wait NINE DAYS. Also if you have a receipt with bonus points, it will say it can't read it and refuse to give you the points. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, it's a scam.

Yes, it can definitely be tedious! I think I've been doing it for so long that it's just a habit now. Plus I always think, well there's always a few minutes of the day that I'm wasting doing nothing so this is better than doing nothing!

I use the Hog one and Fetch which I think neither one takes any time. I’ve been using Fetch for maybe 2 months and cashed in for a $20 Amazon card and I can cash in right now for a $10 one if I wanted. It’s money I’m already spending so why wouldn’t I scan my receipts!? 😉

Wow! I wished that I could make myself a similar video that covers the apps I've used for over 5yrs that I earned up to $10,000 a year. A few years ago my tax return earned income was around $12,000 just from the mobile apps I use alone. I'm unable to work a normal job but haven't applied for SSDI yet so my apps help me still earn work credits. Making a video is like public speaking fear for myself. Lol

The payout isn't worth the energy to consciously save receipts upload and convert. Use that energy to create thousands passively in months vs $100 power year plus tracking. Value your time and energy ×s 100 girl friend. Level up

for the receipt pal you choose the retail e gift card( visa option) and have it linked to an alternative paypal acct and paypal the money to yourself. it’s cool trick i learned from an instagram acct called brokeonpurpose in her highlights “money hack” she shows you how to do it. ✨

@@Bahumet22 I used "receipt hog" but thinking it was less than 2-weeks So most people would save up a few and give them to me but 80% would be too old haha. Also I think there's a limit like 2-3 from the same store and you got more points based on how much was spent. I worked retail at the time so would scan customer receipts.
