Started my business when COVID hit, and I’ve been killing it solo so now I’m just researching the logistics, God is it forever and always, I’m getting business that I can’t even handle and I just got a great paying govt job as well
I'm so glad I found you AND how you keep it real. I also struggled with every job I had for the same reasons you mentioned. It's not much, but I made $15,000 all on my own this year. I was making less than that as an assistant at a Murphy's gas station working anywhere from 10-16 hour shifts with no break bc you're by yourself. I happened to stumble onto cleaning condos as a contractor and made my LLC earlier this year but was unsure what else to do. I did pick up 1 resi, but I'm not sure if I want to add more or not. I love cleaning and making everything pretty so I know I'm on the right track. Living in a rural area doesn't help but I refuse to let that hinder me. I'll figure it out! Even if can double or quadruple my income next year, I'll be happy as I'm moving forward. I appreciate the wise and motivating words! ❤

I have over 10 plus professional cleaning experience. I am a mother of 9 and I to wish to start several businesses of my own. I don’t feel fulfilled working for others getting underpaid and mistreated. I’m not built for that anymore. I been working since I’ve been 14 and I am looking into starting a cleaning business. My goal is to be a entrepreneur and get out of poverty for my babies. I know I’m good because I work for this guy and he have clients that prefer my services. And I too have my kids help me at times. I literally crying right now thank you so much we are so much alike.... I know got this I always knew I could, hardest part was actually pushing my self to start it... This was the way I put food on the table. I also cleaned houses when I did missionary work to make monies in other countries. I realized that it takes a brave and courageous person to clean as this job is looked upon as low. I made a good bit of money on my island during the Covid 19 pandemic. It showed me that money can be made with a cleaning business. On my island after the age of 40yrs old you are paid like a 16yr old. I also hate how the people talk to you. Hej. A little secret about cleaning job is the time it offers you to learn new things while working. Stop listening to trashing and music rather, listen to things that command you respect whenever you open your mouth. Cleaning business is not a dirty job. 23 and been a cleaner since I was 18, love cleaning and current doing part time home cleaning for an agency while I'm on furlough, so far it's been really rewarding, still debating on weather to set a business for myself and leave my current positions :/

@@MrMpm3001 we are getting there. We started off going door to door, FB and Home Advisor. Now we have started stripping and waxing floors and lots of construction cleanup. Go to your local cleaning supply store and introduce yourself. That got us a lot of business.

Could you tell me your experience/outlook on how that works? Do I really have to wait 60-90 days for invoices to be paid?
