This video was so rad, I wish more web comic creators went into this much detail when describing the process of creating their stories!

In regards to feedback, I wouldn’t give your friends too much blame. Especially if they are not artistic. However that doesn’t mean their reactions aren’t useful. I find that showing my friends my comic is a good standard on how a majority of casual audiences will look at your work. I am going to be real, only you will have high expectations of your own work. If you want to find decent critiques then I would find other people in the same field and ask them about it. Even then realize that their advice is not law. Though I am sure you already knew that. Keep up the good work!

These were my summer holidays before 9th grade. During the month of may, I finished 50 pages of my comic. So this video was suspiciously specific

Literally the video I've needed to see! I'm fumbling like hell through my first comic and this really gave me the shove I needed to stick it through lol I only have the idea planned out for one chapter like you did and the lack of focus when doing one thing too long is my M.O. so thankful for showing the struggle girl! I've gotten up to the third episode now and I can see your growth in world Building ( I suck at backgrounds rn) but I really am doing this so that storyboarding for animation is a total mindf*ck! I'm just gonna commit to the month like you did and see where I land because...well... Stress. 😂 Thanks for the push!

Amazing video, but please don't put background music or put something really soft. On headphones the bass and everything gave me a headache and had to pause video multiple times. You have a soft voice that's already very soothing so capitalise on it😊
