This has given me huge flashbacks to all the problems I faced converting the ERTL's. It's very nice work in every way. I'm very glad to see you still have ad's on this video. All I see is either videos getting flagged or turned into RU-vid Kids videos that then earn $0. I just feel this site has become my enemy now. I'm in a really sad spot right now and can't break out of it. This has at least made me happy I inspired you here.
Very nice model. It looks very accurate to the original model. One other reason why Mad Bomber episode 2 was cancelled was because the voice of Andy passed away during production and as Leo said his role was crucial to the story.
@@georgetheredengine277yeah but at least he died before the production so leo wroted the bridge explosion scene(the death of red ted) to write off ted
Very well-spoken and well-researched! What a cool idea. I hope Leo sees this. I love how you described your process step-by-step, and even advocated for responsible and safe dremel use. That was a nice touch. One thing that surprised me was the lack of mention of how Leo used resin molds to cast multiples for his Andy Diesel army. I always found that to be interesting.
How'd you make the blown up Thomas? I was thinking of trying a custom like that myself for an old ERTL Thomas I have that's in really bad shape (Like the decals are extremely faded, face is yellow, and the wheels are falling apart)
I am doing a mad bomber thomas . I have removed the front coupler and all that But where did you get the chassis from for this model because I need one for my Thomas ?
@@EngineShedStudios I also have a bunch of these. Some I got from my first märklin set, the other few from a diesel set, another Few from a Thomas set, and a few more from a brick set. After that, I moved on to hornby, which I only have a few of right now.
