4:37 you can just pull up the weapon wheel and hit "up" on the D pad for snacks and "R3" for armor if you are on Playstation. I am assuming you are on Playstation because of the recording indicator on the middle left on the screen.

I have my own place and an expensive car and a job that plays 25 dollars an hour and I wouldn't ever waste time getting a modded account because it's lazy and you take away from the whole purpose of the game which is to rob and make money which means you likely only play it to kill people which is boring asf and there's far superior games for that
