if your country is not in the list that upwork work with and want to do freelancing. what is your recommendation?

1. First of all, make sure you are building your portfolio and posting all your works on social media: Instagram, Twitter, etc 2. Check out other freelance websites like Fiverr, Peopleperhour, freelancer if they are allowed in your country.
