I remember fighting my first Riftstalker when the game was at its early stages, my goodness this behemoth was scary and cool asf!! Playing with team and usually most of the randoms had already use all there revives it was hilarious and fun!
every riftstalkers still feel like my first.. I've only been playing for two days but still, my strikers are level 17 and i just don't feel confident 1v1 against a level 13 riftstalker
Use chain blades until you learn the move sets, then. Great weapon for dodging. When starting out, the best thing to do is be aware of the behemoth. Whenever you see the behemoth moving, stop attacking at just watch it. The behemoth can either attack or literally move (like, from one place to another). This way, you can then associate a certain move the behemoth does to its attack that goes according to that move. Eventually, what'll happen is that instead of having to watch out for the behemoth, you'll just be fighting the behemoth by being aware of what it's doing at the same time and, whenever the behemoth does a certain move/motion, you'll know to either stop attacking and dodge or to just move to where the behemoth is going to move to before it goes there so that you can keep attacking it. This may sound complicated, but it's easier than it sounds. Basically, and as summarized as possible, "just pay attention to the behemoth and stop attacking and dodge when necessary" I hope this helps! 👍🏻
Oh oh. I forgot to mention another thing. If it's your very 1st time going against a behemoth, there are other things you can do. 1. Look the behemoth up here in RU-vid somehow so that you can see how it moves and how it attacks. 2. Don't do anything. Literally don't attack the behemoth for as long as possible. Just watch the behemoth and keep dodging it's attacks as it tries to attack you. After getting confident with its attacks at you, attack it. The behemoth should then do some different attacks since you have started attacking it, so once more stop attacking and just observe. Keep doing this until the behemoth is dead. I personally had to do 2. for Riftstalker bc I just couldn't. I was getting triggered at the behemoth and it was moreso bc I didn't really know the timing of when to dodge even if I knew the animations/movements it did. So I just stopped and let it attack me while I tried dodging the attacks.
Everything that Luis has said is true. Stop attacking and just watch. Watch & Dodge. Watch & Dodge for a while. Now that Private Hunts are a thing again, do Private Hunts. Trying to do what Luis and I just said is easier alone than with multiple Slayers attacking the behemoths. It tends to throw things off with attack patterns and when you're already having trouble as is it just adds more.
Woah how do you have so much life steal? Also do you know what island stormclaws are at? I have fought one before but now i cant find the island i fought it in. It was also relatively low level.
hwy what build would you suggest for aether strikers i am very early and i have no clue how to get the purple ones i only have the green ones and one blue one
