INGREDIENTS • 2 cups of All-purpose Flour • ¾ cups of Cocoa Powder • 2 teaspoons of Baking Soda • 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder • 1 teaspoon salt • 2 cups of granulated sugar • 1 cup vegetable oil • 1 cup of 2% milk (sub: 2 tablespoons evaporated milk + water) • 2 Eggs • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Flavour • 1 cup of Sour cream (sub: 1 cup of mayonnaise + 1 tablespoon of white vinegar)

Hi, Fimmie. I used this recipe for a customer's birthday cake, and the reviews I got were superb. I myself had a taste and it was da bomb- really moist, chocolaty and the mayonnaise taste made a lot of difference from the regular. Thank you so much!

No because it’ll get the cheese cake too heavy in texture …. There’s a different sour cream substitute for pudding like cakes like cheese cake and that’s 3/4 cup of liquid whipping cream and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar I already have a video of cheese cake uploaded… please check my channel

Hello @sarascakenmore yes you can use this recipe for your fondant cakes but i have never seen the sachet mayonnaise... as long as its being produced by bama it should be fine
