@@bellarivers8418 it has slightly less, but matcha actually has been proven to provide longer lasting energy. not to mention that emma drank like 4 matchas in this video. my point essentially is that I don't think her being tired is related to caffeine consumption.

@@lex4643 matcha is definitely caffeinated but has significantly less caffeine than espresso and it’s a more mellow elevation. considering how much espresso & cold brew she seems to regularly drink I’d say it absolutely is related to her caffeine intake.
