Thank you.... Just a note- you might want to let people know that the size you are discussing (3360 x 840) will be for an Etsy "Big Banner" vs. a "Mini Banner." When I first uploaded it- it was way too big so I figured that must be what it was and went back in and deleted it and re-did that edit function and chose "Big Banner" and it fit perfectly.
