How do you manage returns? Also what if product is faulty/ damaged/ under warranty? Canada has 30 day return policy for most of the products, right?

Please also show about the associated fees with this selling as about 70-80% of cost goes to amazon. He is only saying that this book is selling for X amount on amzon but not showing the FBA fees + shipping to Amazon fees + Amazon referal fees. If someone makes a sell of 1000$ he will only be able to make profit of 20-25% after calculating all the cost. Please don't show that I make 1000$ in a day or week as this is interpreted in a wrong way as total profit=1000$. Thank you

Ever heard of returned damaged products? It can knock off a huge chunk of your planned profits. Please divulge this to the viewers as well instead of putting up such a rosy picture. By the way, I am a Amazon seller, Flipkart and ebay( now defunct) seller in India for the last 8 years. AND yes there is something called dead stock as well, stock which will never ever sell.

I agree with you hardeep that returns are really a big concern when you are selling online. But, this was just an introductory video to Amazon and we will be covering all these concerns in our upcoming videos. We didn't show any kind of rosy pictures as the sales we showed on the dashboard include all those returns .Its just that we didn't mention about returns which we gonna do it in the upcoming videos. If you are buying in bulk, then you have to pay customs. When ordering individual products, you can request your supplier to put the values under 10$ on invoice so that it gets tax exempted
