I have to admit, man. You are slick with the free class and how you get folks over to high level and they send you a nice min. 40% referral fee as an affiliate. If someone signed up for the bottom rung at $97/mo, at 40% it comes out to $38.80 or so per head. And looking at your FB group with ~6.3k members, if they all signed up for the first tier, you are looking at $244,400. And if you automate your leads and use templates with your high level already paid for and bring in at least one custom site per month, that covers base expenses for things mostly. I will say that you have some great points that you reminded me of in your videos. Thank you for that. And cheers from Colombia also. If I am not mistaken in one of your videos it looks like you are in Medellin. Small world, man. I dig the energy on the videos also. Keep going! 🤘🏻
Tengo curiosidad, Aparte de este video y el curso que ofrece que otros canales recomendarías para tener mas conocimiento sobre esto? y si conoces grupos para promocionarse donde los encuentro?
You lost me at "If they all signed up for the first tier" hahahah ALL OF THEM? ALL 6,000 of them? That's not what free Facebook group conversion rates look my friend but I like your excitement
Yes, I just noticed how "slick" he is by saying "free" when it is really a free 30-day trial for using his affiliate link to sign up for the Agency GHL plan. If you already have a GHL plan then his course is $497. I going to try using this strategy, but instead of saying it's, "free and I'm not selling you anything," I would be direct and honest and tell people by using my affiliate link they will get 30-days of GHL free AND access to my GHL course.
It's not like GHL is cheaper if you don't use the affiliate link. The cost isn't rolled onto the consumer, it's GHL that covers the upfront cost in order to reach their growth numbers.
Always great content Pavlo. I built my SaaS on GHL for Cosmetic Dentists (growing to $85 billion globally by 2030) and moved to Mexico to scale it. I'm a one woman show right now and I have everything set up to scale to 6/7 figures.
Because there’s a difference between a professional and a businessman. Y’all think work is work, we think about work as money. We think of leverage, you think of jobs. We seek opportunities you seek a job.
Thanks for the information, currently a solo developer building a marketplace to meet these exact needs for my region. This boosted me to work on this and finish it. Earned yourself a sub.
Pavel with another gem!!! This guys course is legit! It’s crazy what he gives in there. If you’re thinking about GHL and who’s course to picks it’s a no brainer. Thanks Pavel for everything!
Web design is an obsolete industry. AI, easy DIY tools, cheap global outsourcing, saturated market in general. Go for something in-demand that neither a robot or someone overseas can do or can be easily DIY'd. Let's also not forget the massive tech industry layoffs.
Hello! I was wondering if you know anything about Flippa or empire flippers? and if which one you recommend to sell my online business and if you have any tutorials on what's the process? Thanks!
Pav-I know a lot of people would like to know how the hosting on GHL & charging clients work. For example, how do we set up the client accounts for monthly hosting. Including variables involved in the process. Just throwing it out there.
No's are just milestones on your journey to Yes's. Ignore them, or be grateful that if you've had a lot of No's, then your next Yes must be that much closer. It's all mindset!
Pavlo, Firstly thank you for this insane content. I was wondering if this is possible if I use something like framer or webflow. Provided that I have good experience in those 2
Let's say that you land 5 different plumbing clients using this method, but since they're all local plumbers, they're all close to each other geographically and may even know about each other. So they're all going to have the exact same looking website? Or would you go in & tweak some colors/graphics to make each one a little different? I can imagine feeling a little weird when the plumber across town has the exact same template-looking website that I have.
Great video, but all places in my niche seems to have web pages now, seems like saturated market for websites. May be experienced team like Pavlovs can retain and gain new customers, but looks like not for newbies any more. But the video is so clear, no hidden shit.
Do you think cold calling is necessary for this business? or you can still grow it with all of the online marketing and SMS options? If we went very hard and consistent on the marketing side, can you get around having to do cold calls, or are they absolutely necessary for this business?
Thanks for the method bro worked perfectly, I have a question : I have an interested client for a web design in the dental niche but I don't have either a personal portfolio or an agency portfolio what should I do to sign him up just like that or should I drive him to my Upwork profile however I don't have any experience and no reviews?
So the free version says 500 sites, but keep receiving a charge no matter what limits I put on the search results. It does seem to let me download 5 at a time, but thats pretty annoying.
should be, just prepare to translate everything + ai a lot. All texts as sms callback, etc. can be edited, so you just translate it. Same for websites, but use AI for it which free up your time a lil bit.
the question is... who's going to fullfill all those services to be able to get to 22 per month? Or you have a team or you automate most of the process
Does this thing really work? I havent tried it. I custom-make websites for just under 500$(everything included with warranty) and yet I don't get clients or repeat clients. Life is hard. I used to work in marketplaces but level of competition is so high its exhausting and clients I used to work left me and don't come back often, I think if your process works it will be game changer for real "web developers" like us.
BRO you don't have to go through his resources in order to make money selling templates. I'm already selling websites by simply using google maps and framer templates.
hey palvo money is not easy in the internet everyone make cideo like i make blaah blaah doller but no one teach the right things i don't know is your video work for us or not but best of luck for you,,,
I am looking at plumbers in my city on GMB and the listings with no website also have no email address. It doesn't look like Outscraper shows them, either . . . How did you find an email for the initial email outreach message? Also, how do you get their logo to put on the template website? Do they have to send that to you first?
@@MR_GT78 I posted this same question in his Skool group and all I got was a bunch of people suggesting work-arounds. The most useful suggestion was to make a mock up logo in Canva and cold call them. That's a far cry from using their existing logo and sending an email. No one could explain why I would need a work around for a tutorial posted the same day.
@@MR_GT78 The people in his Skool group suggest making a logo in Canva and cold calling, and can't explain why you would need a work-around for a new tutorial. This isn't a real method, it's a sales video to gain affilliates.
@@tanay_sankhe I never found even one email or logo, personally. Bit of an oversight from a seasoned expert, I'd say. Almost as if he's never actually used this "method", or even thought it through before posting the vid. I asked about this issue on his skool community and got 20 people telling me to cold call, but no one could explain why I would need a major workaround for a tutorial vid published that same day. Making it sound super easy gets Pavel affiliates, and GHL has no problem with people selling their service in any way they can. (I asked them, and they have an affiliate policy that favors their own best interests.)
Appreciate the breakbown bro! Quick question, do you stack the offers individually and charge them seperately or does the advanced service fee for ads also include everything else? Eg: in someone wants (1) wesite + (2) basic services like g reviews, and also (3) advanced services like Facebook ads, would you charge only the $1.5k/ m and include everything or would you charge $1.5K for ads + $300 for basic services + $150 for web fee (per month) ? Thanks in advance!
