Hello everyone! So I just recorded an hour gathering session in the YZ where I had a personal best of 1 Million Silver Profit. Combined with Ore, Stone, Wood and Faction Points. I figured I'd show the highlights of this session and answer some common questions from previous gathering videos I've made. I will eventually make another video on my ZeroToHero character (focused on skinning).
I am a T6 gatherer with Miner, Lumberjack, Skinner and Harvester. And doing any of these activities everyday for a 1.5hrs-2hrs I earn 1.5M-2M after refining. I always get lucky with Harvesting & Mining and keep discovering many .2s .1s of T4s. I focus 1hr on T4s & remaining on Lower levels. And I sell the T4 and keep 4.2 & 4.1 for crafting. With my craft sales from last few days, I am averaging 2M-3M with an investment of around 500k.
The best part about doing this is the gathering spec you get which is priceless 😂 well pne day i hope to be maxed on all which coild be very gokd in roads
Greetings again, Indie! I have further surpassed my mission and managed to achieve T8 with ALL of my gathering skills. Quiet an achievement for me, and I'm proud of myself. I've been watching your content throughout the whole journey, and I must say that you were a huge help when it came to my financial growth in Albion Online. Thanks you very much for everything. I mostly gather around Bridgewatch with my T8 Avalonian tools. The steppes have the most profitable resources in the game (hide, ore, and fiber). Combined with faction points, journals, and refining, I make around 1.5m silver per hour. One of the things I noticed are the unnecessary expenses I had on my high tier gear, so I'd suggest sticking with a low tier weapon, bag, and/or cape. I do not suggest getting involved in faction warfare battles. Each knockdown takes away 5% of the durability from your gear and tools, and Avalonian tools are very expensive.
@@IndieProgressPlaysAlbion-me8gh I've been playing for around 7 months now. Gathering is the only content I actually spend time on. I also managed to max out weaving, smelting, and tanning; and in Toolmaking I also managed to max out skinner gear. Crazy profit, not gonna lie.
Ive been doing this just to unlock gathering for all. T8 mining, t7 skinning, t6 fibre, t6 woodcutting. Good fun for an hour or so on my ipad in yellow zone. If i had higher levels on t4 and t5 levels would be pretty decent profit. Also, pro tip, t4.3 cloth sells for an insane price i kinda camp the node but just gather around it. And in one hour i ended up woth 500k t4.3 cloth with no bonuses on it
why do you use t8 avalonian tools instead of just t5s? don't they have the same yield bonus? and have you tried gathering in yellow zone mists? i think it is better for gathering because it has all 5 types of resources and competition is lower.
Hello as you already know it's bonus day stone 10% and the refining price is too high like 1900+ so should we refine or not and according to you what's the ideal fine u should refine (this bonus day will you refine stone or not as the prices are extremely high)
Hey I've found that owners of crafting stations generally all increase their station fees on bonus days like this. Personally I don't think it matters either way since the sell price in the market is usually increases a bit to account for the extra fee mostly all refiners have to pay (unless they have their own station or pay an associate fee). Since I use focus I generally still craft on that day and pay the extra crafting fee which usually jumps from 800 to 1800 on bonus day. If the fee jumps up past let's say 2,000+ I'd wait it out a few days and maybe use your silver in the meantime to set buy orders for stone blocks. You can get them cheap then sell them again in a few days or so.
I actually gether in ava roads. Not because it's good money, but because the old mobs there are amazing fame. I want to get everything to t6 and then head to the mists.
Congrats, I'm a big fan of your videos. I'm thinking of starting a Albion channel as well, but nothing that will step on your toes, different kind of content, it would help me out so much if you shared with me what is the usual CPM and RPM that you get on your Albion videos, since I will be leaving my job and freelancing and trying to make it as a creator since I'm sick of 9 to 5 pointless grind? I would truly appreciate an answer because it is quite a big step in my life.

I'll have to check that out. I just started faction flagging a little while ago so I didn't have the higher tier crests unlocked and T4 crests didn't seem to be worth it at the time (like 15 silver per pt for heart vs. 7 silver per faction pt for T4 Crest). I'll compare the faction pts to each Tier of crest in spreadsheet maybe for a new video. Thanks!
While you are gathering in YZ it’s better to fill t3 journals, because they are filling from all stones you gather, not only granite. Same for ore. I like your video, keep doing what you do :)
Thanks! Yeah I used to do T3 and T4 but often times the empty journals of this tier are almost the same price as the filled journals. For example, T3 stonecutter is 2500 empty and 2600 filled.
Also you can put one stonecutter on your island, lvl him up to tier 3( it usually takes 1-2days with general journals) and buy it directly from him for a lower price. Actually even selling part of them on market for profit
I like to gather while im sitting at work. I work an office job and the company is so laid back they could care less that im playing a game when I dont have any work to do. So I can chill and gather for like 2 hours including my lunch break. I make like 3 mil a day because of it. Im based out of fort sterling and have went into ore mining. Is there a better proffession I should use instead of ore living in FS? Thought about specing up fiber, wood, and skinning and gathering in thetford area since the mats are more expensive in FS. What are your thoughts?
Oh that's awesome! When I gathered near Fort Sterling I decided to start speccing up Fiber as well just in case any rare or exceptional nodes popped up. Otherwise I didn't feel the need to get T8, but rather focus on my Ore gathering speed to specialize. I'd focus on one main specialization but get the other 2 at least to a lvl you can gather exceptional T5 if they appear.
Well a simple tip if you would risk ywhjat you earned is to transport to black zone t4 armor is making about 1000 silver and 4.1 1500to2k? tbh im not sure ive moved on to other things however you can double your things with out mouch wait... make a diferent ac so gangers dont focus you due to specialization and go on dead hours prety easy ive only died once when i was fking around from my phone....
Is gathering still profitable without premium? Also at what tier does gathering get profitable? Currently at tier 3 gathering tools rn and the pay ain't good
Gathering is still decently profitable without premium, but it will take many hours to get to that point. I'd say T4 starts to get somewhat profitable as the higher Tier tool you use the faster you will gather. Also T4 nodes and up have a chance to drop Tomes which can be worth 90K+ each. If you like gathering I would recommend specializing in one type (for example I started with Ore mining and got it to T8 before focusing on Stone, Wood, etc.). Skinning I believe is most profitable as T4 and up can also drop animal Babies worth like 70K+ each.
Ok thanks in the future if i have advanced enough which should i target as a resource zone rz bz or ava roads? Also is it better to strictly focus on only one resource or if i have maxed one resource i should focus on the other until i get full T8 gathering for every resource?
@@greatconquerorofeuropesinc8066 I have all 5 gather at T8, but decided it was kind of a waste once I started BZ gathering. Carrying 5 x T8 tools is too much downside risk on ganks. 1 or 2 tools and I pass by too many enchanted resource. Imop 3 x T8 tools is best risk/reward balance for late game solo gather.
For Ore I like gathering around Martlock just because the competition for mining is pretty low. Most are mining Stone. Also Fort Sterling is good for Ore because its the primary resource but there is more competition. You should probably change your title to be less misleading, and clickbait-y. Thought you were another SwoleBenji. That aside, god damn, your T4 and T5 gathering specs are insanely fucking high. It's too bad you don't gather in the RZ and BZ. You probably could've maxed your T6 specs by this point. You'd be cleaning Aspects at insanely fast speeds solo. God, could you imagine that? Solo gathering a T6 Aspect with 100 specs.
Honestly normally I get around 800K - 900K without Faction Flagging. This time I didn't even get any Tomes which normally are another 200K in value. Since I received some suggestions on my previous gathering videos to faction flag I have been able to consistently get 900K - 1M per hour in YZ. Haha thanks, been about 8 months of gathering on and off. I normally treat it as a relaxing activity, but eventually I'd like to try to do more RZ and BZ. Thanks for the comment.

The way that your video is titled it makes it seem as though anyone can make 1M gathering in the YZ which isn't possible without specs. Because of how high your specs are you're basically get x4~6 the resources that players with little to no specs are getting.
