Tell me one thing. Which color you use to make frog green?? Its so opaque. And how much time its take to dry in both case before varnish and after varnish?? And does the soft pastel colors stick completely to your clay (when you use it as a blush or highlight) or varnish makes it glued to each other???
In frog I used acrylic colour and you can use soft pastel as well I let the beads dry over 24 hours and after varnish 2-3 hr as i put thick layer, but if you are Appling thin layer it well dry quicker Soft pastel sticks to it and added a layer of varnish also make sure that soft pastel colour don't come off
It's also a home made clay " Air dry clay" .... My first try was totally waste(3 yrs ago) 😅... It's ok I understand. Next time make in smaller batch and make the mixture of ( Fevicol and cornflour) as running consistency like a cake batter before heating it. Hope this'll help you😊 This is a way I make
