How I make jacket patches hand painted and hand made acrylic painting 

My jacket patch that I did has been in rainy weather and I haven’t had any problem. The paints are not water proof, keep in mind thats why I want my jacket patches to be removable so when I need to wash my jacket , my patch wouldn’t be affected.

I have washed them on accident before and it was ok but I prefer to remove them off my jacket before washing that’s why I attach them with safety pins

I honestly haven’t tried oil paint with my patches

Highly doubt it. Oils take forever to fully dry and the color can change over time. Try on a small patch and seal it and wait a few weeks and see

Yea and I don’t know about washing oil paint either my acrylic withstands the wash

I haven’t use fabric paint mix with my acrylics, I believe cracks are going to happen the more and how thick you are applying the paint . I try not to use thick amount. The canvas fabric I use does get stiff but I am able to roll them up. Is the paint peeling ?

Oh no , I haven’t experienced any peeling . When I do my patches I use a little water to have a better flower when painting and I let the layer dry fully before putting more paint. what is the material your working on and paint. The paints I use are not expensive but them do say multi use paints ( glass , clothes , wood ) so maybe that has something to do with it .
