Yes either double adaptive and HP scaling or double adaptive and Tenacity into high cc

when exactly do you need to build AD katarina? im trying to learn her and i honestly have no idea when to do that

Always go AD into kassadin and galio as they are anti magic damage champs Also go AD into high cc or tanky comps bcs you can build tenacity for high cc and bork does % hp dmg which is nice vs tanks, you also have more sustained damage since your autos do a lot so you can finish off a tanky champ with autos. Also go AD if your comp has too much AP, like when you have AP top and jungle

A bit out of context but if i play aram with her and i want to get a penta,should i go AD or AP on her.From what i understood is that AP is a little more bursty but AD is overall better for dmg output
