INGREDIENTS:
12 cups Water
1 bag Headless Swai Fish steak
2 stalk Lemongrass
2 Bulbs Garlic
10 Shallots
6 pieces of Finger roots
6 Kiffir lime leaves
1/3 cup Sliced Galangal
1 cup Japones Chilies
20 Dried Thai Chilies
1/2 lbs Catfish Nuggets
1/2 cup Roasted Thai Fresh Chilies
1 Bunch Green onion, cut into 2-3 inch pieces
1 lbs Fishballs
SEASONING:
1 cup Fermented Fish Sauce (padeak)
1 tbsp MSG
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Mushroom Powder
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
