I bought my 1st home at 21 for 87k sold for 197k, 2nd home 170k and sold for 320k, 3rd 300k and sold for 589k and buyers paid all closing costs expenses etc... It is possible and very lucrative as long as all steps and details are followed.

Buying and selling cars has been my best side hustle throughout the last year. My first flip was an 06 bmw i bought for 3500 cash and sold for 5k the next day. flipping for 1-2k profit a couple times a month has been a nice additional income

The market has definitely surged up on used car prices. I remember before the chip shortage the Ferrari f12 was only 200k cdn now this car is worth 300k - 350k cdn it’s crazy. I did take action and traded in my M2 for my dads high lander and basically drove that car for 3 years for free. Now the problem is I can’t get a car due to how crazy the market is. The Nissan GT-R was next but markets are close to msrp. Let’s see if it’ll have a pullback and then I can enter my position :)

This is not hard to believe. I just took my wife's 4Runner into the dealership for scheduled maintenance, and they offered me almost what we paid for it new a year ago. Granted, the car has some upgrades and is great condition, but this just happened yesterday, a month after this video was released. Sweet car (Ferrari) and Great post. Bro this is the first time i am watching your video. Great video and straight to the point. Some people don’t have the knowledge about cars and market.And this thing is happening all over the world because the chips and materials are short and also oil prices are increased and shipping process is slow now that is why new production numbers of cars of every manufacturer has decreased but the demand has somehow increased. That is why every used car is becoming expensive even cars like Honda, Toyota and fords all over the world. If you are lucky to but a new car just say you buy a new car for like 50k dollars and now someone else wants the same car but the waiting time is like 7-8 months or more he can pay me extra money to purchase car for like at-least 55k. Even car companies are doing this and selling their available cars on showroom for extra money if you want to get them instantly without any wait even cars like civic and corolla all over the world. This is called black or OWN money in market terms. Now supercars are more complex to make than regular cars and it takes more time to build one as compared to regular cars so if you want to acquire a used one then it’s a common sense that the owner is going to sell you that car more than the car original value cuz after selling that car he has got to wait very long for a new car that he is going to book. At last I want to say great video brother and that is one of the sickest spec F8 i have ever seen so brutal looking.

I Own a 2018 Tacoma , 2019 Camry & a 2022 C8 they all Went up in Value! I believe this war might Make everything even more Expensive. I’m going to Wait till Mid Year to Get Rid of them. Good video I completely agree. I had a 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo. Owned for 3 years. Paid 135 sold for 125k. But then I had a gen 2 r8 and made 12k after 9 months. Had a GTR that I made 5k on.

Some states limit the amount of cars you can sell in a year, I know here in Texas you can sell 5 cars before you need a dealer license. Have you had to deal with anything like that?

Don’t put the title in your name in texas just have the buyer sign it and when you sell it, the next owner will sign their name. Easy af. That’s how you get around it in texas ….

It’s not the chip shortage anymore it’s the trucking industry everybody retired or old truckers during the Covid pandemic and now there’s such a shortage of truckers it’s trying to get the supply to the manufacturers or dealers or vendors that’s the issue once them truckers start getting hired again to the numbers that were before those super cars are going to go down in price

on a 300k dollar cary you're going to pay 21k in sales tax if you register it in Arizona, unless you have a LLC thats "headquartered" in Montana and you bought it under your company lol so that 30k profit is under 10k, still a win but the sales tax will really crush your margins especially for us plebs who can't buy ferraris.

There are almost no cars that are currently depreciating because of the supply shortage. Everything is more expensive right now. The hard part is buying anything for MSRP

Super cars are considered limited addition art work. You don’t have the same depreciation on them like a Honda or Chevy. You can hold them as an investment. Also used cars are going crazy when it comes to demand and price. Look at the used car lots they are empty.

I guess the question is “can you finance the car” and then sell it for a higher price. Like if you can afford the payments for a year but don’t have 400k. If i could finance a Ferrari and sell it for a profit i would do it in a heartbeat.
