Finally got around to putting this small "How to" video together! Finding a balance between keeping the information concise while also making sure not to skip over anything important was far more difficult than I thought. I hope this small glimpse into my process is helpful for those wanting to make their own projects! I wish you all the best of luck!

Thank you so much for making this. I was an illustrator for many years before taking a 3-4 year hiatus because I just couldn't get motivated to draw anything anymore. Your animatics really inspired me to get back into drawing. Now I'm working to reclaim my skills and start making animatics for my original web novel, and this is amazingly helpful since I've never done something like this before. Keep being awesome

Honestly the fact that you are a self taught amateur is what made this video so helpful for me. I‘ve been wanting to try doing animatics for awhile now but also having the worst time just figuring out where to even start 😅 thank you so much for explaining your process!

It is incredibly daunting, I had little to no idea what I was doing when I started and I still feel like I have so much to learn.😅 Just know there is nothing wrong with just winging it and seeing what happens, You'll be surprised how much you naturally pick up for the next project 😊

If only I can find my brother's old Wacom tablet again, I can make use of it to practice some digital doodles. Thanks for showing us your process, this is really useful and giving me some dangerous ideas lol. I haven't drawn in a long time so I guess this video is a sign to get into it again 😗

@@ravenrose_99 Oh, I mention the tablet because it has another purpose, which is why I really want to use it. I just got into tutoring and some of my students might need to request online sessions, so drawing or scribbling diagrams/equations is my preferred method of explaining concepts, where I normally use a whiteboard for physical classes. Best to kill two birds with one stone and all that...

Amazing to see your process!! You are so so so talented and humble! I’m completely blown away that you are mostly self-taught. Just incredible! 😍💕 I LOVE your take on daydreaming.. daydreaming is truly one of my favorite activities hehe and it’s so helpful in the creative process! (P.S. I also use premiere pro for my vids!)

Something I do is ,like: I have a LOT of difficulties to draw some character, for example, Karlach or Wyll, bc of their horns, so I go into the game, take a printscreen in each angle and draw a base xD hahaha,!
