Plzz bataye k mere husband ko diabetes h aur unko ambali Dena shuru Kiya h to mne do mutthi millets liya tha aur hafte me do baar dun millets ...ek millet twice a week next week dusra millet dun for I guess 3 months.......chai coffee wheat and rice k alawa aur kya parhez h ....meat bhi nai khana h ya egg bhi nai khana h aur paneer bhi mana h kya....plllllzzzzz bataiye

You can skip soya. Add boiled and mashed kala chana instead of soya
