Today I'm making some collage paper vintage style for a background!
I used coffee for this process, but you can use strong black tea. The tea always yields a much lighter color when I do it... It depends on the look you're going for I suppose.
My oven was at 200 degrees, but it may vary depending on the oven. Keep an eye on the paper as you bake it. Most of the papers were ready in about 7 minutes. Some took a few minutes longer.
Save your scraps if you cut blank pieces off. You can use stencils or stamps on them for interest in other projects.
