How I "Meet" a New Deck: The Terra Volatile 

I always get so much from your videos. I always learn something new from you, and I’ve got this deck coming in the mail, so I am especially looking forward to getting it in my hands now. Incidentally, I constantly smell my decks. 😄 I usually smudge them and then I rub a small amount of amber or poppy oil along the edges. My decks smell so amazing. IDK, I think smelling my decks helps me think and/or process my thoughts. Glad I’m not the only one.

I just received this deck as well and I'm IN LOVE. I was also sort of unsure of the 5th suit, and thought that maybe I might leave it out as a separate "mini deck" to work with, but it just feels like it needs to be there. I also decided to leave all the alternative cards in. The messages from the imagery was different enough to me that I felt there was something new to glean from each variant.

Thank you for sharing your process. That deck certainly had something to say. My stalking cards are death and the moon, its been about 7 months and they are still showing up

My copy of this deck arrived yesterday. I'm still not sure what to make of the suit of vessels but I feel like I should explore it more. If it comes to the images and card stock, I cannot fault it. I got the deck/expansion today as well :)

I bought this deck on a whim because I got fomo as the last of the original decks were being sold out. I lucked up and emailed the creator who was gracious enough to find one last copy of the matching expansion pack. I’ve had it a couple months now but haven’t been drawn yet to start our journey. No hurry as I will be right here when it does call to me, I’ve got plenty to keep me busy until then, lol. Thank you for another great video. 🤗♊️💯

I have this deck. Beautiful imagery but I found the cards to have very sharp edges. Good for colecting but hard to handle and shuffle. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Oh you picked two cards that evokes birth or rebirth... Interestingly, you first picked "Nine of Vessels" (accept who you are) and then "Rebirth" itself. I think this Tarot is very very interesting, innovatory, beautiful... My only concern so far comes from the overall darkness of the imagery. This Tarot may lack a bit of light or lightness ! But the lightness could be found in the meanings. Also, I think the extension for this deck provides both new stylistic and archetypical choices. Do you plan to pick some cards from the extension ? I love the smell of a new deck too 😅 this deck though.. I won’t be buying it. I am too afraid the cards will look like mud in a tableau or spread. Because of all the brownish grayish blueish and more brown and grey 😊
