I did fall in love and move across the world! I met my dutch husband in Las Vegas and we got married after 2 years. We just celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary and couldn't be any happier!

Awh this is lovely! I’m Scottish and my boyfriend is Dutch as well, we also met online and have been together almost 2 years now, and he moved to Scotland to be with me this year since I’m still studying but ultimately I hope we end up in Netherlands as I love it sooo much there 🥰 subscribed

Gee, gues what, I'm an almost 72 year old Dutch widower and I am going to marry an American lady from Georgia. The way we met (Facebook, August 2021) and began to chat, chat, chat, chat for hours almost every day has led to a relationship, After our marriage she will move to the Netherlands (Eindhoven) and live with me.

A bit late but I just saw your video about you two meeting and it is such a wonderful thing how your lives collided. You getting warm while telling this to us makes it so honest and pure. You are a wonderful person Stacy. Have a great life together here in the Netherlands. Our son is living in Japan where he met his wife, got married and my grandson is born and living. So also a long way away like for your parents. How does that work for you?

Sounds like real love, story book love, which is rare. Just halfway through this video all of a sudden it started to get interesting because the lady starts talking cultural idiosyncrazies without realising it. E.g. the importance of a car in the USA, which is quite different from The Netherlands; the unfamiliarity with international airport procedures, while in The Netherlands these days even a child knows how an international airport works. The situation with cash. The height of the Dutchman. Certainly a new blog to follow.

I guess the custom is 7:43 I beg to differ. 8:19 You should have heeded the warning. 8:52 I love that. I hope to have the same influence on my girlfriend, Cori. 14:20 If I had the chance, I would have joined my dearest Cori in the USA 6 years ago. Unfortunately, things are not that easy for us. Our relatives and close friends here I don’t mind too much, but more distant than that is not something I feel comfortable with either! How do you avoid doing it generally? Just putting out a hand or something?😊
