Can you do a video talking about the visa process in depth? My husband is from Kenya but he has been living in australia for 4 years. We got engaged last year and married on 8th may this year. Our partner visa was declined as we were not living together at the time of application. We are currently appealing however immigration agent advised that we will likely lose the case.
