28:57 consider getting wireless chargers (specifically the antenna or enhanced antenna) from ender io if the recipe isnt too expensive in the modpack. they can be connected to your power grid, and will allow you to keep items in your inventory charged without needing to carry batteries around as long as you are within range. enhanced antenna versions can also have their range increased in 5 directions to allow for better coverage.

@@elijahchisholm9346 You probably saw the gregtech tools. They're made of several different modded materials and work by combining the tool head with a stick. Kinda like tinkers but without the smelting and upgrades - but they can accept enchants.
