I first saw you last year and took your advice. I'm now making token payments (£1) to two of my creditors and the 3rd has recently been in touch. Seriously, if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have been able to take the step to change my carer because I was a prisoner to my debt! Now I'm working part time and studying... Thank you!!!

Love your videos.They have helped me out so so much. Thank you for sharing all this information with us all. I have found myself in a debt situation where i have not been able to repay my loan due to being off work through my lower disks in back being out of place. Now on basic Employment Support in England which is terribly low amount each week. Not even enough to feed myself. The Citizens advice recommended i go bankrupt but after watching your video i am glad i have not gone down that route of bankruptcy. I am now going to offer the debt company a small amount each month and will certainly get a final settlement letter etc off them. Your videos have truly opened my eyes to what is available to people like me where as before i did not know what to do. Can not thank you enough for all your help. Dave

Should be aware that if you negotiate a reduced full and final sum the outstanding unpaid amount shows on your credit file as an unpaid sum and could affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.

I have a creditor im.trying to settle a small debt with but they have tacked on double the amount of the credit limit in fees and late charges and when I ask them about certain charges they put me on hold for 15 minutes then the phone goes dead , this happened 4 times in a row ....I think they are playing games

years ago we had a weekly pay packet, no credit cards , you new what your cash flow was, now monthly pay checks , credit cards, buy now pay later, etc and lots more, when you bought goods years ago they worked, now everything breaks, and cant be repaired, we need to take a step back in time, real men worked in the shipyards, mines, engineering, construction sites, etc now lets go to work and press a button, give me a car that's fixable, why cant everything last as long as stainless steel knives spoons forks,, I could right a book about whats gone wrong

Hi, can I ask whether you'd recommend using the 3 letter technique on these debt collection companies who have purchased your debt at a low cost? Basically asking them to prove that they have the correct documentation on the original loan (which most do not!) Interesting video bro! I had a hard time understanding exactly what you mean by the bank produces money out of thin air? Do you mean that banks print money? I understand that central banks (basically the bank for banks) may have the ability to print money, but I don't know about highstreet banks. Could you clarify this please?

If you take time out and think about how money is created. Look at the digits on your online banking. Just like I have typed these words that you are reading is exactly how money is created. Whether it is high street banks or similar you have to understand that the whole subject of money, creation of money boils down to money is just digits on a computer.

@@Oye_TheRealDebtGuy That's how money allocation is tracked, not how it's created. If you imagine having your own bank and online banking system, how would you keep track of how much money belongs to whom? I don't see how you expect a bank to manage their funds any other way, its actually very organised. I understand there is juju that goes on in the sense that they may only have x amount in storage and allocate 2x to customers but this is with the assumption that when you keep your money with the bank, you don't spend it. From my understanding, basically a bank works by leveraging the money you are not currently using and reallocating it to people who currently need it. Only specific institutions with the right to print are legally allowed to do so... unless I'm missing something. This might be a semantic issue as "printing money" has its own technical financial meaning. Please point me in the right direction for where I need to read up to understand this better.

My advice to you is not to concentrate on "where to read" and start thinking logically yourself, trust in your own logical thinking not someone else's thinking. Right now you sound like a banking systems dream. Using terminology like "leveraging the money and relocating it to people who currently need it" does not explain how it got there in the first place which is basically what you are asking. I have already told you how briefly how money is created whether you believe it or not is entirely up to you. Even the Bank Of England will tell you they just punch digits into a computer. What it seems to me is, you want to know is how "your" money is created. If that is the case I am saving that video for another day.

Does that work for parking tickets where the bailiff is chasing you and just keeps adding more fees. The problem now it’s impossible for me to pay these fees but is willing to give them £5 per month.

Hi Oye I had a personal loan year 2006 for £9 thousands pounds to pay back in 6 years time. I have paid for 4 years about £12 thousands pounds. So in 4 years I have paid back about £3 thousands more that what I got After 4 years my circumstances changed so I couldn't effort to make payment. So lender sold it to debt recovery. how can they give you a loan out of thin air?..I got a loan for £5,000..I withdrew it from my bank, held it in my hand, then spent it on a new car...so how did the bank give me money that doesn't exist ?

Let's say you negotiated a lower amount for a larger sum of debt, but that lower amount is still unaffordable to be paid in one payment, can you arrange a payment deal for the reduced debt amount?

Good evening, I had a personal loan dated back on 2006, after long time I couldn't make payment so I have been defaulted, now my credit file is clear. I have been chasing for 7k by a debt collection agency. Today I had a letter, they gave me court notice to take me court. The letter they send me with a court reference number for sherif court but doesn't have any court stamp or logo on it. Just sign by solicitors. So Sir Its nearly 15 years I can't even remember how much I have borrowed from bank. So I need your help. Please help me.
