Hey, I'm a quarter into 26 and I just recently came across that women are cyclical. I had been sorta aligning my work accordingly without really knowing all of this. It took a lot of learning and DIY-ing (if you will). Do I wish I knew of all this sooner? Hell yes! But it's never too late, trust me.

I find it's also useful to have a longer video on this topic because every time someone on RU-vid is talking about women's cycle, they just kinda storm through phases and we don't get the opportunity to internalise the information if that makes sense. Thank you very much. I was totally ignorant about cycle syncing. It really makes sense. I was very hard with myself because I have a low energy in this phase and I was not motivated to do certain things.

I wish I had a big tub like that! I just bought a heated massage foot bath and it's amazing! I add coconut epsom salt to it and I notice I can sleep better after using it. I also eat salmon most nights along with veggies or a sweet potato. I notice it helps a lot with my period. I have fibroids and pcos, not too bad but enough that my periods can be painful so diet really makes a difference for me. Also, love this style vlog!!!

If it’s light exercise I love to eat before so that I have energy, but if it’s a tougher workout then I definitely like an emptier stomach 😊 And yes I happily ate both donuts myself haha!! 💕
I have been having HORRIBLE pms symptoms for a couple of months and it is driving me crazy. I always say that pms feelings are real feelings just more aggrevated or more intense. You are right, they are the feelings I put to the side during the other phases..
I literally broke up with my bf a few weeks ago and then I realized I was being irrational. I have always struggled with really emotional (mostly sad) feelings right before my period. I am definately going to start working on my health so I can regulate my hormones!!

Hey Jillz, I've been wondering what you wear and just relax in at home. I find it very difficult to dress up because I feel clothes are a bit tight and sometimes my own sized t-shirts feel a bit like they are chocking me because I am used to the oversized clothes. I want to look more put together at home and I would like to hear your input on this?
Try different necklines. I like t-shirts with wider necklines. I don't prefer V neck but there's one called scoop neck that I like. Boat neck is nice too. Just Google these so you know what you're looking for.
Hallo Jillz, :) I really enjoy your channel, and these type of videos. I’m trying/learning to live more in sync with my cycle. So far im pretty in tune with the luteal and menstrual phase. Have a little more difficulty with working/getting in tune with the first 2 phases. I think it would be pretty cool if you would also make a video/vlog like this about the other 3 phases. I love watching these types of videos, following a person who is in the same part of their cycle as me. It helps me feel less alone and more in touch with women in general. I saw you recommended a book towards the beginning of the video. Do you have any other good educational books on womens bodies and our cycles?

I’m in need of a video about your activewear and dog walking clothes. I personally struggle with function-beauty balance. I want to look more feminine while walking my dog but it’s a dobermann so usually I end up in dirt (which I honestly enjoy 😊) And if it’s pretty clothes in dirt, it looks more “idiotic” and draws people’s attention than if it’s just dirty sports clothes.

Though that won’t work for me :( I have really specific needs for dog walks and I thought everyone does… 😅 2 big pockets in pants, t-shirt that covers shoulders, a jacket with long sleeves also with 2 big pockets, leather (except winter) light weighted shoes with embossed sole, sometimes a cap, and all the outerwear must have a hood. 🫠 And it’s just the things I remembered now 😅
Not a silly question! You won’t have the same temperature shift because you won’t be ovulating. So you can track your cycle to see what day you’re at, but you won’t see those normal fertility cues and experience those shifts ❤️

When I am 5 days away from my period I feel very tired and emotional and then when my.period comes I am kind of ok. I dont know if its normal. As I am vegetarian since I am 13 ( I am 27 now) maybe I am eating too much soya. I wonder if that is making me have too much estrogen
I seem to want potatoes during this phase. I especially noticed this during my most recent phase. I didn’t have them even though I wanted them and was not satisfied until I had some. Note to self. 😆
Please make a video on to make man to step into his energy when a women earn 3x than him, when he wants 50-50 share in everything as a couple spends and he doesn’t want to spend anything on women because she earns more. And the man always play victim or turn the table always towards him that how much he has done to relationship. How to handle such situations

I believe animal factory farming is terrible and bad for our planet. But sustainable naturally raised farming is not. It’s so different. Most of the meat I eat is from a brand called “force of nature” and I recommend you look up their mission
