If you're getting started painting armoured vehicles and you're short an airbrush, some of the cooler camo patterns out there can seem impossible. Luckily, you can get close to some of those effects with just a brush! With just a couple of paints, an old brush and a pair of scissors, you can be quickly churning out armour for the tabletop.
This is how I've painted my armoured vehicles for years, and it looks great on the table. It's not going to take gold at a painting competition, but that's hardly the point! This would also work for three tone camo patterns - just add in the extra stripes and colours you're using with the very same techniques.
