14 thousand subscribers. Wow!! I just congratulated you on 10000 subscribers a few days ago. Your channel is growing so fast. Don't think I've seen a RU-vid channel grow so fast. The reason why that's because you're an incredibly likeable and lovely person. Your videos are always very interesting and you have the right sense of humor. Stay as you are! I bought the iPad because of you. Thanks a million for the great conversation. Love from Germany
You are one freakin cool ass dude! Love love love your sense of humor! I’m proud of you and your sobriety. OCD parking comment had me SCREAMING! Much love Bren.
Jesus that's expensive for raisins!!!😮😮😮 In Ireland they're just around 1 euro for a big bag of unsweetened ones. By the way huge congrats on your sobriety, you should be very proud of yourself. Im sober six years now, best decision I ever made. It can be hard at the beginning but gets so much easier. Life is definitely better without it🙂
I really really love watching your videos - you make a tough situation look very tolerable and even enjoyable at times. You are humble and appreciative of what you DO have. And keep up the sobriety. There’s nothing good that comes at the bottom of a bottle. Dave in Redmond Oregon
It's 2 am found your videos! Just watched the 15 items needed for car living. Thanks so much. Moving soon into my SUV to save money for a bit. Much luv and respect 🙏
Hi. I have just subscribed to your channel. I have watched quite a few episodes since I came across it last night laying in bed watching, it helped put me to sleep (in the good way). I have very recently stopped drinking alcohol and I find your channel helps to motivate me to keep going. The greatest blessing I have besides my kids is my sobriety so thank you. Keep up the great work. Much respect from Melbourne Australia.
I love this video. Very well done . It encapsulates your day to rest. That’s very important. God rested on the seventh day! Love the content . Thanks Aaron! ❤
He's so cute. Your mini me 💙💙 that's the most expensive gift you can ever give to your kiddo... Your total one one time together, just being there. I love your setup!! Your pretty darn creative and I bet your son has the best of times with you. Stay safe and keep up with these videos 📸!!!
You are amazing! Such a hard worker! Your fasting is great & so good for you. I IF also! Congrats on your sobriety..such an achievement! Keep up the good work!
Love your content and your outlook, what I light you are!! Looking forward to your future adventures and congrats on your sobriety!! (I think you did get taken in the raisin dept tho 😬 and it gets pricey if you’re going organic too! Look for store brand wherever you’re shopping if you can.. I’ve actually never seen raisins with _added_ sugar come to think of it since they’re so naturally sweet. It’s “craisins” and other dried fruits typically that I find you have to watch out for 👀)
Have never had an alcohol problem but my Dad did. We hated him as kids but now I understand and have compassion for him. He never stopped drinking but lived until nearly 90.
28:43 banana great add some walnuts and cinnamon if you like extra delicious with some more good stuff from the walnuts. 👍 Loving all your content, watching from New Zealand ❤❤❤

Your mother should be very proud I k ow I would be you are a walking Testimony because you have cine a long ways and you seem to be a great Father God bless you and your life😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
My man. First off; long form videos of yours are THE best. Feels like we are really hanging out. Means a lot. Secondly, I've got more to say. Ha. Ok, so loving the oats in the rice cooker vibes. I'm a big oats fan. I can't remember if I've said that before. 🤔. Anyway, I eat a mix of steel cut oats and rolled oats. The whole oat groat of the steel cut variety takes longer to digest and is overall healthier. That's why I add those into my mix. I also add a tablespoon of flax meal and hemp seeds as well. Really bulks up the fibre content. Moving on! I am interested to know if you're a comic reader.. if so, I have some recommendations. Anyhoo, hope the service and repairs on your Subie went well and she's feeling better soon. No one needs or deserves a sick Subie 😞. We literally had our girl (Subie Summer Sparkles) serviced about 2 weeks ago. She's purring! LOVE LOVE LOVE the content, brotato chip (I got a laugh at your last reply). Keep it up. Stay healthy, safe and enjoying your wonderful relationship with your son and you family. Huge congrats on your 7 months. Massive. I drink very infrequently, but I feel like you've inspired me to dry it up and join your journey to have your back. Much love. ❤❤❤🖖
Hi Nick! Thank you. My longform videos are very free but I have a few shorter videos coming that will be a lot more direct on topic. I’m still testing the algorithm. I was wondering what the difference was between rolled oats and steel oats, I must try those out. Yes I do read comics but the only comic series I’m reading right now is the IDW series/ninja turtles. Subaru is running like a dream now. I always set money aside for my car because it is my home and business. Sobriety will always be my secret weapon! I will never push it on anyone but I would recommend it to anyone who is interested or curious!
@@brenpgrace Hey man, steel cut oats are the whole oat seed effectively just cut in half by a steel blade. Rolled oats are pressed flat. Steel cut oats typically keep you fuller longer and I think have a bit more fibre. You'll have to google some steel cut oat brands in the US. I'm from Australia, so what we have might be a bit different. Our steel cut oats are in the health food section and not with all the other oats. It's actually a bit annoying tbh! Ha! I knew it, man. A tmnt comic fan. Love it. Well, I'm now just over a month sober. And I've had the chance to drink but haven't. Inspiration, man. Inspiration. Keep it real. Talk soon. All the best and look forward to the next one. Nick
Hi Bren, new subscriber from New Zealand. You are mote productive living in your car, then myself who lives in a one bedroom townhouse. After dashing, i try my best to head along to my zumba classes, but get a bit lazy.
Omg!! The walking dead!!! Yeahhhh!!!! Love it!! And loving the content!!! Yes always nice to upload taking pointers from you!! Killer content you have Bren!! And my oh my are you growing loving it!!! Yaay!! So happy for you!! and proud 🥲 😊
Perhaps for clean up sake on the oatmeal you might be better off putting the honey into the bowl you eat out of rather than the rice cooker pot. I doubt if it would have made any difference on the tasty ness of the meal.
I am a 52yr old disabled woman and I do not do delivery driving lol I have seen a few of your videos and have not subscribed to be honestly you're just a little too quirky for me. That's not a bad thing I have a feeling looking at you is kind of an insight into looking at my adult grandson! Anywho I know NOTHING about your analytics but I'm willing to bet that the video you cooked in your rice cooker or videos that show you "living" in your car have more views than those just showing deliveries. I am converting a cargo trailer into a living space and I cook a LOT in my rice cooker! I cook a chicken breast in it (2 cups water ~ without the lid) to shred and make into pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches, quesadillas AMAZING!! i cook sausage in it. Remove while I cook the pasta (aldente) then add back the sausage and pasta and add sauce. I leave the leftovers in the rice pan and it's less mess and easy to reheat for your next meal. BTW GENIUS absolute GENIUS the way you stored the left over butter stick etc in the lunchbox type container ... again GENIUS!!! since I am disabled and obviously a cargo trailer is much larger than just a car I have an apartment sized fridge and a solar system dedicated just to the fridge. I can in no way do frequent grocery trips.... (help I've fallen and can't get up is not a good feeling but MY reality) The rice cooker in MY opinion is a very under utilized device for those living nomadic type lifestyles. Best wishes to you and your son!
I absolutely loved this video. So, many, positive vibes. I've never seen anyone add salt to oatmeal, though. I was so confused over that. Haha. Like the oatmeal thick, BUT not too thick.
I use my rice cooker for oatmeal. I 4:30 find myself washing my oats. They have lot of dust. I swam in hs for La Salle Academy. My community here in Florida has a nice pool.
Bro! I like you and your content. You're pretty funny. You're LIVING in your car! I hope that one day that changes for you. That's unhealthy my brutha. I'm hoping your situation improves soon.
What if I told you that I am way healthier now living in my car than I was when I was living in an apartment. 😉 You just never know. Thanks for watching!
New sub here i love your content #1 causse your Real. 2 i like The Ubereats etc food delevery you do. And Food prep live I do Food Delevery myself on my Ebike
Fasting is an interesting subject have you watched any of Michael Mosley programs or you can get his books from library, not all about fasting but does some interesting programs about nutrition
Omgosh! That's so awesome playing Chess ♟️ with your son!! I didn't know that was an option but I forgot it's 2024 I'm old school lol. I can do that with my grandsons too😎
My dad used to say if you add honey to hot or warm stuff, it just becomes sugar. To keep the nutritional value you need to add it to cold/lukewarm stuff. Oh and if you like cinnamon, add some cinnamon mm mm mm 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 (also balances any sugar). Dates would be good too if you are out of raisins. 😋 Also, why use an extra cup to eat? Why not eat from the cooker’s own cup?
need to be careful and not scratch cooker’s pot - would have to only use plastic cutlery if you were going to eat out of it - am a mini crockpot user so am speaking from experience 🇨🇦🙏
Must be weird getting new viewer comments on older videos but here we are. I am getting caught up and thoughts about the car keep coming up. Scotty Kilmer doesn’t touch on things like idling because he is seemingly a lil out of touch about how many people are homesteading in their vehicles. Love the guy anyway but was wondering how many miles you have on the outback and what kind of maintenance issues (if any) you experience. Does the ecm track the idle hours? Things like that. Maybe a car episode would be educational. Just thinkin out loud. It might already exist and I just haven’t found it yet. Oatmeal? Hell yes. ✌️
My last Subaru outback at 239,000 miles on it before I turned it in. The one I have now has 60,000 miles on it. I haven’t had any issues besides regular maintenance and a few minor repairs.
