Thanks for sharing! I'm a professional graphic designer but never ever thought of this haha. Little tip: I think the font Lato would match perfectly with the tabs you already have! It has lots of different thicknesses and is a free font to download.
I came across your channel a week ago and have been binge-watching all your videos. I love your style. This video was so helpful too. Thank you so much.
Your videos totally changed the planning game for me ... It used to be an overwhelming process, now I look forward to it ... Thank you for sharing your great tips ♥️
Thank you for sharing! I already use Canva and love it and this made so much sense. I can't wait to try out printing sticky notes and tabs. Happy New Year!
OMG!!! How much do I liked this video! I loved it! Thank you so much, this is very helpful to me! You have a great channel and you explain things in a great and easy way. Thanks again!! 👍😃😃😃
Thanks for the video. I have a quick question though: for the sake of not wasting ink and paper, is it possible to add several designs on one page to be printed? if yes, how? thanks :)
You absolutely need a Cricut Joy machine - perfect for making personalised labels and lovely designs! You use vinyl which just sticks on like stickers. You can use gold, metallic vinyls. Ideas are endless. Easy to use too :))
Sweet! The long awaited video is finally here! Yay!! Thanks for explaining the process so clearly and thoroughly. I am definitely going to give it a try. Just a few questions: 1) is there any way to print multiple sticky notes at once (side by side) using Canva, and 2) what's been your experience with how the sticky note is holding up in your planner after it's been removed from the printing process. I know some sticky notes from Target's Dollar Spot tends to come off after one use. Anyway, thanks for this great tutorial, Rana! 👍👏👍👏👍
Unfortunately I don't know of a way to print multiple sticky notes 😩 I haven't had any problems with the sticky notes that I've been using from Cloth and Paper, May Paper Co. Yes there are some brands that don't stick very well to begin with so it's all trial and error to see which ones will work 😊 good luck and thx for watching 🥰❤️
I created a template that allows you to print multiple sticky notes at once! I created them for various planner sizes and shapes - circle, hexagon etc. reach out with your email address and I will send them to you; I also shared the templates with Rana so hopefully you will see something soon....
Thank you for sharing. I will link this video in my new video that’s posting tomorrow. I mentioned you as a suggestion to learn how to print on sticky notes.
Way easier to use Avery label template either on their website or the label templates in Word: easy to customize and build your templates. I have them for all the post it notes sold by cloth and paper including circle and octagon. Send your email and I can shot them over to you.... or Rana I can give them to you to share with your viewers along with printing instructions
Thank you again Rana for sharing! I was definitely able to use the stick notes, but when it comes to tabs or transparent stick note, I still get the print but the ink won’t dry… Would you mind telling me if the printer you used is a laser or ink? I suspect that would make an difference?
The fact that I can print them is so awesome. When it comes to using the transparent sticky notes, I go back and write on them with the best pen in the world for no smudge and no bleed through and that is Sharpie Pen (felt tip) old faithful. I keep these around in all colors. My Bible and my transparent sticky notes love this. Finally, if you use the Paper Mater Flair - you can write on your transparent sticky note, but not in your bible because they can bleed through.
Great video. Do you know of anyone printing post it flags and tabs in a laser printer? I've already printed on notes, but being the others made of plastic, I don't know whether they'll resist the printer heat and go out well. TIA
love all your videos! Question i keep printing on transparent and it still smudges, have you ever experiences this? Wondering if its my printer or my ink. followed your process in this video and let it dry for a day
Hello Rana! Your directions for printing with personal dimensions are great! However my printer will only print full page rather than small size up in left corner! Do I need to change printer settings... I am clueless! I follow all your steps but when I go to print, it fills the entire page regardless that I have specified my personal dimensions! Ugh😩
When I tried to do the sticky notes I put in 3 x 3 inches it came out really big. I changed it to pdf print and my font was 16 heading and 14 subheading. It took up the entire page. I’m not sure what I did wrong
Unfortunately the Canva option doesn't work for IOS. I followed the instructions but the template prints on a full page using the 3in x 3in... I'll have to use the MS template instead.
I created some great MS templates for the C&P post it of various sizes including circle and hexagon. Reach out if you want me to email them to you; I've share with Rana and hopefully she find a way to share with everyone
