@@thoust6992 You got to have defensive minded CDMs, in other words their defensive work rate must be high. I use prime xabi alonso and rijkaard. Rijkaard has medium defensive work rate but it’s not lower than his attacking work rate so it evens out. Id put the strongest one on the left side since that’s the side cross spammers attack from the most.
@@thoust6992 Try not to attack with your CDMs, try to keep them in position in case of counter attacks. Like the LKG said, use the CAMs to play passes up the pitch, make space, and you should be good and balanced out.
yes. I used 94 Casimero, High def low atk, and 91 desailly. My CAMs are LM on Left Ginola, CAM Abedi Pele central and Nedved on right. I am in fact a cross spammer but somehow it dont work well with my players. My ST is Drogba, good jumping and heading. But the game makes him disabled, he cant jump. The opponent I played against had neymar with 120 pace crossing straight to haaland. My R Carlos sadly has slight disadvantage with only 110 pace. Thats how I lose out. There is no defence against someone who have 120 pace and haaland. My defenders were charles puyol and maldini. Casemiro always runs back when necessary. But it dont matter. The game just give anyone goals whenever they want.
Hey, I use the same formation, just switched recently. I am confused about where to put my cams. I have 96 Zidane, 93 Socrates and 94 Charlton. I am putting Zidane in the left side, Charlton in the left and Socrates in the Centre.. I think it is not a big deal on where should i put them cause they all have 5 star weak foot.. Please suggest me..
i got fc champion for manager mode using just a 91 ovr team. But staying in fc champion in manager mode is a lot harder as you need to stay in top 1000 during the first 6 hours of getting to fc champion or you will be demoted
i just started playing this game. h2h matches dont have pause button for some reason but im always matched with AI since im low ranked so maybe once i start matching up with real people i will get the pause button?. and i noticed if we wanna make substitution, the game does not stop.. why? the game will go on and i just have to quickly substitute

I had tried this formation and was having some success but both my Full backs and CDMs were commiting too much on the offense side leaving me open to counter attacks.
@@Ben256MB yeah I did that but the LB was always way out of position. But it's okay i have since switched to the 5221 and was able to get to legendary III quickly
@@nyj14In my case, my Carlos Alberto which has both high and high is working up and down the whole pitch. He’s still able to drop back down easily because of his insane speed but it tires him out. I don’t recommend him if you’re looking for a better defensive player, not that his defense is any bad.
I've used this formation and the players are way too close to each other and there's not a lot of wide pass options or long pass options, 433h is better
I'm using 4-2-3-1 as my formation it's doing pretty good for me I have 10 wins in a row I also have zico but he's bin doing a bit of mistakes I might switch him ._.
I used 4-2-4 but i just put the mentality on defensively and it made me win 6 matches continuely because the 2 cm drop deep and my halaand also drops in midfield . leaving my mbappe all alone for counter attacks .
@@tregennafarm187 On the top right side of screen you will see two arrows one pointing to left and the other to the right . Tap on the arrow pointing to left and that's defensive mentality

Get seedorf... Sure his overall is a bit less but he is probably one of the best mids in the game.....defense is great, might as well add rijkard or Mascarenho as CB....
Sell cannavaro and get kim min jae or lucio and sell chiesa and get dembele, he is miles better than chiesa, and isak is a very good st with 5× weakfoot if you ever wanna replace haaland
Had to stop and pause cos I understand 100 per cent. And not to complain but the scripting is annoying I can compete with best teams then concede 2 mins to go stupid goal
Both are great. The good thing about R9 is he has a 5 star weak foot whereas Mbappe only has 4 star. The 5 star weak foot allows you to score in a wider variety of ways. Stat wise Mbappe is just barely better and he is a more pure striker. For the price I think R9 is a better deal though.
