I was having a very tough time, but as I closed my eyes to go to sleep I said " God, I trust you. I believe you are watching out for me. I'll hang on." next, that deep voice from inside that is not even really words told me open your eyes one more time; I did and saw a shooting star out my window. it gave me the strength to keep going. it still does.

We are in the stage of moving into another city and into a smaller home. I was having second thoughts and not sure if we are doing the right thing. Angelina! You're welcome. I do not listen to news for that very reason. By law of attraction, when we place negative or depressed thoughts in our minds, that is what we get in our lives. In order to attract good things in our lives, we must place positive thoughts. When I hear negative things, I release it as quickly as I can cause we can not help the world solve problems when we are being negative.
I receive messages through numbers. During my time with my twin flame I saw numbers 111,.hotel room, license plates. Finally my watched stopped at 11:1. 111 is to love yourself.
Yes, I agree, we do receive messages from spirit guides in different forms. I always wondered, do they treat a mini stroke with medication or do they just let the person heal on their own? So happy your mother is recovering well from this. :)
Good question. My mother goes thru physical therapy and she also sees an Asian acupuncturist and my mom is taking also Chinese herbal medicine, not to mention that she does some form of exercise every day, like walking in the park or going to gym for light weights cardio or yoga. Yes, people can take medication but it all depends on the person's condition, etc. so the treatment must be customized.
I understand. That is so good that your mother is using the more natural and healthy way to heal herself. Lifts weights and cardio at 86! That's wonderful. Noone should ever give up healthy living at any age. My father lived to 90 and he was active up until that year before his death. :)

I am not currently taking any Chinese herbs for a condition but if I do, I will certainly do a video! However, I do a certain diet for my own health issues, so I will share that.
I keep seeing white butterflies since June. I always believed it was my grandparents spirit. But this year has been constantly, I’m talking about from far locations (Mexico, a lake in Ca, My Home, the supermarket, at the park, while I’m waiting at the light,etc.) I kept telling myself this has to mean something else Then your video about butterflies showed up on FB I’m definitely going to start to listen to the universe 😌 But also wondering if white butterflies mean anything in particular?
