I was in the military for a while. This simply does not seem probable. The hole doesn't look like a low caliber. The bullet didnt appear to fragment like a hollowpoint. Looks more like a drill hole than a bullet hole. The only way I could imagine the phone stopped the bullet is if the bullet was a ricochet or already passed through multiple objects. I'd like more info if possible. What was the caliber? What happened?

Exactly what I was gonna post but saw your comment. A bullet if it hit directly would certainly damagethe phone more than what we can see. First, the front screen would have completly shattered from the shockwave of bullet hitting back. Second, the hole at the back is laughingly accurate to an actual bullet entry. If it was we would hsve seen much more cracks and irregularities rather than a perfect hole that looks like it was carefully drilled. Third, there are hundreds if not thousands of videos on youtube shooting at smartphones and what not. Anybody with common sense can spot that this is not what a bullet damaged phone looks like.

0:18 HAHAHHAHAHAHA, if EVEN A 22. LR hit that phone it would be IN PIECES. And the bullet you've shown is either a 7. 62x39 or 7. 62x51 which are high calibre rounds for assault rifles such as AK-47, but a 22. LR is a weak pistol round. Its clear you just used a power drill to make the hole.

As far as iknow battery have lithium and lithium can be exploded if there is spark or jitter near it and if we see a bullet pressure and velocity the way it have hitted the mobile , the bullet will make little bit of spark and which can cause the battery to explode and phone + the human will die but in this scenario it's opposite the creator is repairing phone , Hence proved the phone is not broken or hitten by a bullet .
