One thing Im surprised you didnt do was use the same kind of coupling as those used in other characters like Molly, Emily, Murdoch, and Harvey, where the locomotive can be disconnected from the tender/rolling stock that has the motor. That way the rolling stock could also be like a runaway train and/or be part of an existing consist.

In my opinion it's a perfect mod you did for steam along Thomas

i got like 7 steam thomas's that were broken that had this problem and when it broke, i had that same reaction in my head lol. and Nice video

i have an idea for when ur steam along thomas is pulling a goods train u disguise another harvey coach as a utility van custom

I had a steam along Thomas but it didn’t work so I had to buy another one and steamed but the axle in Annie had a broken axle so I put Harvey’s coach behind it and it works so I’m happy

I plan on doing the same with an old R/C Flip face Thomas! Currently I have him only in push along mode

Since he has the break coach you add the breakdown train, somehow give him a determined face, then you have Thomas and the breakdown train pack lol

Okay now that’s a unique idea
