Your newly built addition looks really nice. You figured out your plans and followed through. I first watched the video about working out with the kettle bells. I'm about to purchase an adjustable bell or two for workouts. I have powerlifted for some time but researched about the history of the kettle bell as one of the most effective ways to increase endurance plus muscle fibers. Very good information in your videos!
