My pet peeve in SF games is people saying low kick. They dumbed down the notations and the gameplay, so people shoudn't ever say low kick=LK. LOL.

Ken over Akuma/Gouki any day, Gouki has his problems, I'd also put Dudley over Yang. On another note, Oro over Elena any day of the week. I agree with most of it though.

I dunno about having so few tiers. I mean, Ryu and Urien are so noticeably better than everyone else on their teir, plus Remy is also in that same tier. I can see why the order's the way it is, though.

There's no way Sean is below Twelve. Twelve has no target combos, his specials are... mediocre, and his Heavy Punch is pretty much only useful as an anti-air, because other than that, Heavy Kick is just better. Additionally, I find his Supers more difficult to perform than anyone else's (except for maybe Hugo's) which is weird because other than X.F.L.A.T, they are all the same inputs as most of the other characters'.

i can see how ryu might have more of an edge, 1 knock down and you can do some serious damge, but a solid Urien always feels like he can get things done.

Akuma dies too quickly to be top tier. However, I do understand that this is your personal tier list.

Gouki/Akuma is really good against the top 2 characters. Health argument is a non issue because the 2 top characters can kill most of the characters in 2 hits anyway. Gouki is very safe compared to the rest of the cast. Gouki has the BEST anti air in the game. Gouki has the best escapes in the game as well as a dope/scary wake up game. Look at Ken a very strong character/also very solid/well rounded... not too too much more.

Well I'd say for the fact that nearly EVERY player knows how to play Ken in 3s or how to play against Ken, the familiarity of a decade+ of that match I would say make him easier to deal with than an Akuma. Maybe Ken is better on paper, or original tier list, but years of matchups have altered it imho.

Necro being that low is a hard no, he's probably one of the most balanced characters. He's dead center of tier lists, overall good.

i would build a similiar list however i think dudley is a little too low and i think akuma is too high maybe by one slot or two mine would have been Mak/Dud/Aku/Ken/Yang. but as you said it's your opinion i just feel dudley is really good against all low tier and doesn't have many terrible match ups i even put him 5/5 against chun/makoto i'm too familiar with dudley vs twins or dudley vs shoto's but i'm pretty sure he's great in those match ups too - perhaps i'm un-educated in these match ups.

Man, I often wished this game had one more balance change before being released, where they would nerf Chun and buff weak characters like twelve.

ken is still good mixup ill give that one to akuma but id say ken has just as powerful corner pressure. mabye even better than akuma

chun shouldnt be above yun. elena shouldn't be higher than oro. hugo should be higher than elena. thats all ive got, other than that i agree.

The rest of the categories seem to be in order, but maybe that particular tier is a bit mixed up. Denjin or not, though, I'm more afraid of Urien than I am of Ryu. ._.
