My favorite part of this whole thing is the fact that the Shalpha doesn't even look like it's fully loaded in before it's pelted by a jet ball. Your intuition just knew exactly when and where to throw it. Traits of a true shiny queen. Congratulations Colleen!!
I tried getting a shiny Zorua/Zoroark (specifically aiming for Zoroark) in PLA for MONTHS using every method known to man. Not even an alpha, just a regular shiny. I finally gave up the hunt and instead started breeding for one in Pokemon Scarlet instead. It still took me over 3000 eggs. This Pokemon truly IS spiteful.

Two of my best shalpha’s I’ve gotten with the permutation method was my shalpha Hisuian Braviary and shalpha Spiritomb. I actually didn’t have Braviary’s dex entry perfected, but I did have the charm. He appeared after only 6 permutations. The hard part was finding the MMO tbh. Many MANY map resets for that one. My shalpha Spiritomb was surprisingly a lot quicker. I saw the star icon on the MMO and decided to try a few. After 2 or 3 permutations, my guy appeared. I also didn’t have the dex perfected for him either. I congratulate you on that big shiny boy, and may your army of other shiny foxes continue to grow and prosper.

what the absolute frick, how do you not have more subs?! this is the quality of a video by a youtuber with at least a few thousand subs, and yet you only have 137!? that is wild. also really enjoyed the video, and let me just rant about how good the quality and production of the video was again lol, also do you have a pet?? i thought i saw a cat in the background and i LOVE CATS i have not gotten a shiny alpha yet, let alone hunt that much in gen 8, gen 8 was great honestly sword and shield is really fun and legends arceus is really fun too, but no one talks about bdsp. its kinda underrated, seeing as it was my first sinnoh experience i really liked it. i havent done much shiny hunting in gen 8, mainly gen 9. later this year im gonna try to hunt in legends arceus a little bit, and maybe sword and shield and bdsp.

Just subscribed, and I swear pokemon youtubers like you are the reasons why I aint getting shiny alpha spiritomb currently over odds at 12k encounters for spiritomb and 8 normal shiny spiritomb And also 11k encounters into lopunny and buneary for either of their shalphas

I have gotten quite a lot of Shalphas through the permutation method, some of my favorites being Shalpha Spiritomb, Shalpha Rotom, Shalpha Driflblim and Shalpha Stunky. With all methods I've managed to find almost 2 boxes of Shalphas, including duplicates (3 chanseys, 3 Pachirisu). Now I'm looking forward to hunt Zorua and Zoroark after this video :)
Actually, my first permutation hunt was for Shalpha Zoroark, so that's a fun coincidence. Hisuian Zorua and Zoroark are my favorite Pokémon of all time, so I wanted at least one of them really bad.
I did the same setup as you! I perfected my dex for Zorua but I didn’t have the shiny charm. So this hunt for me was excruciating!! It took forever! But I eventually found it. I was having a hard time deciding if I wanted to evolve it. I eventually did and I’m pretty happy with my shalpha zoroark. I named her Azula :3
My favorite Shalpha I caught was a Shiny Alpha Petilil that I evolved into an Unovan Lilligant in Scarlet. That makes it a "forbidden" Pokemon as it can't return to PLA, ever. I even found a Shiny Alpha Hisuian Lilligant during the same hunt! They're my lovely ladies. :3
I've only gotten two shalphas so far, a Croagunk while I was waiting for a distortion to spawn to get my first Cranidos and Shieldon, and a Teddiursa right after getting my shiny charm ^^
I love my shiny alpha lopunny, scizor, gardevoir, eevee, lucario and spiritomb. Mostly random but I got scizor on the 2nd premutation (I don't think I was doing it properly so lucky break)
I only have 2 shalphas a random pachirchu and a Gengar. Also the only shalpha i really, really want is an eevee. Just think about the gigantic, fluffy, silver fox.
