I when you get to the point where your barn keeps getting full, it’s best to employ the practice of servicing the towns people rather than just sending them away. Not everyone serviced will be useful for a task but you can adjust and chose to keep people or building tasks during the derby

I understand a tiny bit better, it was a little fast for me as I couldn’t keep up with how you were determining how many people you had/needed. Other than than, great video! :)

Sorry about that hun 🤣 Long story short, I stack four different types of town visitors based on who I have the most of already in my town. To make up the 9 visitors needed for each task I use my personal train (as they only need one building) and collect from my neighbours and make sure they are all served and in the ready tab marked as fully served with those green ticks. First I look at who’s in the ready tab already, then if I have any in the waiting or idle tab and if I still need more I make up the rest of the visitors using the personal train from there. If there’s none I’ll wait for the big train.
