1. Milktea scene right now is so overly saturated in the lower and mid level range, its a cut throat competition, you really need to up your game and be overly creative in order to stand out, this 2022, 4 new milk tea shops open in our subdivision with 3 existing milktea shops already around since 2019. 2. Good point on raising the confusion on starting up investments, lots of food youtubers in the previous year got massive sponsorships from milktea powder companies, they should be honest enough to tell people that 800 - 2000 pesos is not enough to PROPERLY start a milk tea business, even if you try selling it at the comfort of your own homes, thats impossible 3. Milk tea business demands serious financial investment and this will greatly differ is you are using powdered creamer or actual liquid milk Great kudos to you for doing well in your milktea shops

may kulang pa po sa pag process ng boba pearl..dapat binanlawan ng malamig na tubig o may yelo..tapos kapag na drain na lagyan ng kaunting mascuvado..tapos ilagay sa kawaling nilutuan mo ng mascovado...mas matagal ang capacity ng buhay ng pearl at makunat sya hindi sya tititgas at lalaki

Napansin ko lng yung pag distribute ng ground sa porta dpat nakababa and pantay yung surface, tendency badshot yung espresso mejo watery .. and over extracted. Sa pearl if gusto nyo mas matagal yung shelflife much better kung nkaseperate yung brown sugar. Good luck sa business nyo Po sana makilala kayo.

Ill add more about sa water quality, i think might check the tds of your water especially for brewing your coffee. Im not that particular on tea (compound wise) but in coffee i really look on the water quality- not just about if its filtered or similar, u must really understand the tds that require for the water to brew coffee compounds optimally para hindi magiging bitter lng or flat… but all total, its a great infos for those who want to start the business.

How long this biz will last? If it last for 5 years, then it is possible it will be a success. What the reason for setting up the biz? Milk tea biz is a fad, just like 2 decades ago for sago. Starting a fad biz will only last if you can afford the rental rates or if you own the building the more the future success.
