Best way to start coding is actually to start coding now, instead of fooling around and wasting time on searching other languages and tutorials. Python is good language for a beginner and this dude is great teacher, so just start now........better with this dude

I'm currently working through your Web Developer Bootcamp with Flask and Python in 2023 on Udemy. Really enjoying it so far. I already knew HTML and CSS. I don't know much JS yet. That will be my next adventure. I also didn't know any Python. I just got to the good stuff(section 7).

I’ve started doing the complete python course on Udemy, Jose, you are easy to follow and don’t rush. Looking forward to delving in more and practicing.

Jose we had a trial corporate subscription to Udemy this summer - entire company had. Attended your course - must admit your manner of content presenting is absolutely awesome. They way you split complex things into details and focus on each of them, mmm, I loved it. Yet can't recommend Udemy in terms of exercises. I mean I have completed plenty of c++/python/algorithmic courses from Yandex and MailRu on coursera and strict grader with some memory/processing time limits is what learner needs. Idk whether Udemy provides such service as custom graders for code exercises, but if it does - you can spend a few more time making your courses absolutely best. Wishing you all the best.

Hey, thank you so much for this! I'm very glad you liked the course. I agree with you in terms of the exercises. We're moving our exercises to repl.it Classrooms, which has a better exercise and project system. Hopefully that'll help! However, we'll still have to keep exercises on Udemy as well since that helps to sell the course... It's a difficult situation to be in.

Thank you so much Federico! Really glad you’re liking the course. It does take us a while to build each course, but comments like yours make it worth it!

Jose, I too started with Bucky, and he, at the time, was a great way to get started and exposed to coding in general. Now, we have people like you who are great teachers and who take the time to explain the HOWs and WHYs of coding. We appreciate what you do and encourage you to keep sharing your knowledge and advice. Thank you!

Jose, you got me really interested in coding with your unique way of teaching slowly and clearly. I Purchased your two Python courses on Udemy. My question is: Any near future GO courses?

Thank you very much! I’m glad we were able to help! I don’t think we’ll get the chance to work on Go courses for the time being I’m afraid. There’s still loads of Python to do!

Hi. I'm taking your Python course and your Flask and Rest api course on Udemy. I'm interested in web and I'm also studying PHP, but I'm curious about your thoughts on PHP over Python for small-scale (personal or small business) web development, not big-scale web development. ps. If it is limited to the web, is it possible to implement all the web programming that php can do with only python?

RU-vid might generate them automatically 🤔 but we can’t really justify getting subs written for these videos because we don’t have many views and subs 😥 sorry!
