But I have been 8 months clean from smoking & I got rid of every social media account I ever had and the difference is amazing. Plus I even cut off all these phoney friends I associated myself with. & Let me tell u joel.. I’m quitting weed for a job that requires me to pass a drug test. It’s been the toughest 4 days of my life and I still worried I would not pass. Well the closer I got to the test, I realised I did not need the job and that I was getting so much more out of this. each moment that passes that I’m in this BS pain it honestly gets easier. It feels shot but it feels good to finally feel. Iv been crying and sooking and emotional. it’s so much but bring it on. I hated weed. I hated the smell but I loved the escape. Now I feel like I’m escaping something that’s had such a hold on me. All my years with work and mental health problems. I always blamed the world. I just never made it hard for myself. Now that I have, I can honestly say living my life again and clearly is worth so much more then a job. Jobs come and go. Life comes once. That being said I do have my test tomorrow and I do hope I pass. I just need to look at things from a different perspective and now I realise iv gained my life back. Thank you for spreading the message. Yes weed is not that bad but so is sugar. Too much or anything is bad for you. Much love from Australia 🇦🇺
I’ve said this on other videos but I hope it helps, I am 18 days free, I stopped smoking weed and cigarettes at the start of the year, I saw a video of my daughter crying for me, and I realised the only thing stopping me from constantly being around her was so I could smoke without intoxicating her, so I decided to stop. The first 7 days were hell I had heart palpitations literally every minute of those first 7 days, there was nights I was going sleep with my heart beating out of my chest, I thought I wouldn’t wake up, then shortness of breathe and lack of sleep from around day 15 has also been difficult, however I think of my daughter and I will not give in, everyone here you got this.
The friend today I told you about is a physical trainer , owns a gym and does motivational speaking and work for the police with st risk teens and has kept the head shaved since that day except fir a brief time when he was asked by his wife to grow it for an event they were invited to
@@Joelthompsoncoach my youngest son soon to be 13 idolizes him . I get up at 4 am to make and eat breakfast with him . Once a month yuck I have to make and eat liver with him . Not allowed to put sugar and butter in our oatmeal . He is out by 4:45 or so when my friend picks him up so he can go to the gym firva few hours . He goes to the gym after school . Comes home eats gets ready for bed early . I am lucky I am a stay at home dad because most of the time I do not need to go into the office last 10 years
I wish I could make a dream, but the depression is so bad I cant think about anything. But, I smoke weed every day all day. I need a dream for motivation to quit doing the thing that kills the dream. Tough, man.
appreciate it men, you are right this nightmare I been living for the last 2 months its due to me, I let me fall more and more in the hole that I stop doing my exercise routine I lost my abs my physique my crush my motivation but it was on me. I want to quit the za addiction now but I had mixed feelings bc I know I'd be still think about getting cooked maybe the first days, they will be hard but I know I can do this its not the first time I quit Za for a months but this time idk if I really wants to quit forever. I could spend months without za or just hit it once a week in the weekends but since January 8 I been smoking every day if I got no za I hit the vape or bought some cigs but I couldn't stay sober not even a few hours, since that day really I been all day all days Cooked and now I want to stop
thats their perspective and that is their reality. i’ve “saved” many men, but they felt emasculated and took advantage of my kindness. i find that this is mans true belief and that’s okay. no one will really save a man or woman who is healthy. all we can do is support one another as we save ourselves
and no one who is healthy wants to save another person. because that’s just codependence. when i was “saving” these men i didn’t know what i was doing. & when i was wanting to be saved, it wasnt a conscious thing. now going on 33, i realize i can only save myself by doing the deep inner work.
Good luck don’t go back to smoking again . I helped my best friend who was smoking up to a pack a day at age 17 about 30 and a half years ago quit . He had hair about chest length and I told him on my birthday when I turned17 I was going to shave his head if he didn’t quit . He didn’t quit I shaved his head he had one more didn’t even finish it broke down after we played basketball said thank you but didn’t talk to me until be broke down . He gave me the smokes and lighter to throw out
