I like how you worked on storage for this. You COULD buy some magnets and glue them to the bottoms of the figs and stick a sheet of tin into the box bottoms. The tin sheet should have 'legs' bent upwards (1/4" x interior box height at all corners, 1 per edge) to force the tin sheet to remain on the bottom of the box when you put the box top on. Nice work with storage mate.

Which cards did you put in the yellow sleeves and which cards in the blue?

Anything that just sits on the table an dont get shuffled was sleeved yellow, so recruitment cards, jarls, troops that sort of thing, everything shuffled goes in blue
