this video is the perfect example as to why you’re my fav RU-vidr! You continue to teach us new things as you’ve grown and experienced things in life! Love you Desi, you beautiful mama 🥰
I don’t even care what the content is you share with us, I’m just so happy that you have Ocean and are experiencing any kind of postpartum snags because you have been through so much I could never imagine going through. You’re such a strong inspirational woman ❤️❤️
I’m so excited for this!!!! I just recently lost a lot of hair from getting really sick and almost losing my life this year. My hair is finally started to grow back exactly like yours 😅 this is so helpful! Thank you for giving me hope to feel normal again ❤️✨
Please keep doing hair related videos! I've also lost a shit ton of hair and idk if it was stress, covid or a combination but sometimes I feel like the only one with a bunch of random length hairs all over my head. I love that you're sharing this because I feel heard/seen!
Thank you for this postpartum baby hair video. It feels like nobody is paying attention to it. Glad i found your video.👏🏼✨ Cheers to all mommas out there🥂
I have never seen so much front baby hair breakage from pregnancy. You win the prize!!!!❤️ You could rock anything that came your way. You are so beautiful, and not just on the outside. Also, I’m so sorry about your little goat. She was my favorite.
Desi I love watching ur videos I’m going through postpartum hair loss right now. my baby is 5 months and it’s always nice to know that people are going through it too
Use hair oil before blow drying!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 and don’t use regular hair-tie- use either spiral or clip. Don’t make my mistakes. Congratulations with a fresh new baby🥰🥰🥰💞💞💞
SO relatable! My son is 19 months and I’m still struggling with postpartum hair loss. I also have fine hair and I’m struggling to get my front growth back! Thanks for the tips!
I don’t have babies and I don’t have Post partum hair but I LOVE the whole idea of this video..making things work that are just a “way of life” it’s showing everything’s not gonna be perfect but here’s how we can make it work and feel good about it. Because life is full of disappointments and little things that make us down, but why not just find ways to make things work. And find joy in it 😍 so thank you for this video. Would love to see more videos like this. And you look stunning!!😍 before and after. Momma looks good on you!
Love this 💕 true queen talking postpartum hair. The struggle is read esp the difference in length mine look like bangs now 😂 almost one year postpartum !
I have this same problem post partum and was JUST complaining about it!! I honestly thought it was broken hair, I had NO idea it was NEW hair!! Thank you, I feel better about it :)
This reminder of my hair struggle last year 😭😭 wish I had seen something like this back then. That was so amazing how you made those pesky new hair disappear 😍 always beautiful Desi ❤️
I have been losing my hair in golf ball sizes since getting Covid. I have post covid syndrome as soon as my baby hair is looking like yours, I will definitely be using your tips and tricks. Thank you for sharing with us ❤️❤️❤️
What a great video!! After my first child I lost a ton of hair..it never really came back either. 😐 now I’m going through it again with my most recent child. I would do it all over again but I’m really depressed about the state of my hair.
Since I began using litellileextra coocooniion shampoo and hair conditioner, there's been a good reduction in hair fall. My hair feels softer and looks shinier. Compared to using other shampoos and hair conditioners, there was more hair fall. Additionally, I now use a derma roller, which I believe is also contributing to reducing hair loss.
I’ve been using this Littlellextra Cocoonnion shampoo and oil and reactivaate hair serum for over a year now, and trust me, even in areas where there were no hairs, new hair roots began to develop after 5 months. Now, the majority of bald spots are filled with new hair. I highly recommend this product to anyone, it’s a long-term commitment, use it consistently, massage into your scalp for 20 minutes, and wash your hair the next day.
Hey Desi! I‘m happy you found a way to deal with your regrowth and make it look cute! I was struggeling a lot with my alopecia regrowth and felt like it was a foreign body so this is very helpful :) thanks a lot! Also your hair looks super shiny and luxurious, great!
Didn’t have a baby but have had a lot of hair loss in the last year & a half. Don’t know if it’s hormonal or stress but I needed this video! So thank you 🥰😘
i am not a mother or have postpartum hair loss but i have hair loss in a similar way in the front of my head and hairline, it’s so hard to deal with and sometimes you just cry thank you for this video
Love your color! Ok I had so much hair loss after my first baby. Postpartum hair vitamins have all my baby hairs growing back so fast this time I'm so excited. Baby blues brand gummy ones are amazing if you haven't tried to get it growing much faster but loved this video and seeing your tips!
I had my baby nearly two years ago already and I’m still losing hair. I have a bunch of short pieces growing in my front hair line very similar to yours and it’s my biggest insecurity. I can’t wear my hair up or super straight because it makes the short pieces super obvious. Thanks for this video 🤎
How does Steven do it??? How does he see you everyday and not go legit insane with how beautiful and talented and awesome you are. I miss old desk and Katy vids but wow Ocean is gonna laugh so hard when he watches them he’s older 😂😂😂😂
I dont have anything from Dyson but I really am intrigued by the fly away attachment they made. My hair has always had so much of those dang baby hairs lol. Thanks desi ! We missed you ❤
Not sure if you have an augmentation or not but if you do, look up breast implant illness. I’m just trying to sow a seed momma… if you are all natural it could definitely be postpartum… I personally have implants and thought my hair loss was due to postpartum… however, I whole heartedly believe it is due to BII. It’s worsens symptoms with each baby and hair loss is a symptom.
I don't know if this is your natural hair color, but it looks amazing on you. True chocolate color with so right undertone. And the shine..my God. What is good with postpartum hair is that your hairs are going to regenerate, and you'll have healthy hair. Like when we were kids 😁 Dyson has a huge role in it, because the hair damage is minimal 😁 I do consider buying WOW hair spray. This is the 4th time to hear that it is working
Thank for you this video. I’m so glad I’m not alone 😩 I lost all of my edges due to postpartum & I also have a bald spot the size of a golf ball in the middle of my scalp .. I’ve been going to the dermatologist & getting steroid injections hurts like HELL but my hair is slowly growing back. My dermatologist recommended NUTRAFOL hairpills it’s expensive but apparently it really works so I’m gonna give them a try .. they have a bottle for postpartum as well. You can purchase the pills on Amazon .. I’m 14 months pp & still struggling with hair loss!!
Hi Desi I would love to see a video on products you used during your IVF journey like the shampoos, perfumes and makeup products if you got advised to use organic stuff even the things you used for laundry and dishes? I got advised to use organic items with no perfumes. Love you girl 😍😘🥰
You'd actually look so cute with little audrey Hepburn styled baby bangs! I get really bad pp hairloss, literally lose 2 in all around my whole hairline & thinning all throughout too. It's a real bummer.
Those are not baby hairs that is breakage, try investing in castor oil and some type of moisturizer and use a prenatal post part in hair loss is caused by the massive drop in hormone levels prenatal helps to balance them out to prevent that drastic hair loss and breakage. And edge control would help with slicking them down. I recommend Moroccan hair oil the lite one
I know I’m not the only one who naturally has baby hairs like this. And they do not grow out.. ever.. lol so the hairspray on the baby hairs with the brush, is my trick too. Lookin like I have a lineup with my baby hair sometimes 😂😂
I just gave birth to my daughter 2wks ago and omg I'm terrified of postpartum shedding. Hopefully it won't be that bad. Otherwise I'm like, lacefront wigs will be my new lifestyle lol.
I’ve had three kids, and my shedding happened very slowly over time. I didn’t even know it happened until my curly cut hair stylist mentioned it. I just thought I had a big Af forehead 😂
Actually all the hair you lose will grow back. And it is common to lose a lot of hair ONLY because while you’re pregnant your hormones make your hair grow like crazy. So basically you’re losing hair that you grew while preggo. No worries you will be back to normal in no time! I have the same pixie cut in the front but my hairs stick up so it’s even crazier. Yet somehow they grow a lot faster than the rest of my hair so Its all good 😁
