You cannot collect water from cauldron's when it rains on Hypixel Skyblock, thank you for your comments... however the day I uploaded this, they added a water trade for 10k coins...

You could use the iron from the golems to make a cauldron and let it fill up in the rain for water, or you can get iron from smelting dropped armor from mobs.
