I strongly recommend that Families and friends refrain from visiting Murree during these days. Due to the worsening weather conditions everyone there has had to face immense distress and precious lives are being lost.
I live in Sweden and we have this kind of weather for 4-8 months in a year. What we say is : There is no bad weather, only bad cloths. Keep in mind that you need to pack up properly for this kind of weather and advanture. Stay blessed. Love from Sweden.

He got real lucky. If he was ahead atleast 10 to 20 kilometres, he would be stuck in there. Blocked..for days..with no food and less warmth/clothes. He could've died

We need more facilities to enjoy this weather. It’s the responsibility of government and local bodies to provide safety and healthy environment to all the visitors. Government is focusing on getting money from tourism but unfortunately not giving good facilities to visitors. If capacity is full then the road should blocked immediately but authority’s allowed more visitors.

Ma abhi kal rat wapis aaya hun murree sa .ham 4 dost gay thy .or murree jatay huay or wapis pa dono dafa hamay 5 hours padal chalna para ha lakin we enjoyed alot
Snow storms and 6-7 feet of snow is a common thing in Alberta, Canada. People who died in Murree are due to poor preparations i.e. clothes inappropriate, no food e.t.c. The next thing is that the local people in Murree made bussiness out of saving people. Those villagers should have come forward to help the stranded people but instead I heared some very bad horror stories. Lastly, government rescue efforts are very slughish. But I would personally blame the first 2 reasons.
