I like a long vlog since they are more casual, less tutorial-type of videos that I can multitask to. It feels more like a hangout. I think a 45 to 60 min vlog is a good duration.

Loved this vlog. I really appreciated you going through how you take your insta photos and edit them as I love to take photos for insta as well. I have to agree that the dramatic warm filter on the iphone is gorgeous, It's my fave as well. Your vlogs always inspire me to get back into vlogging for fun. I need to film some vlogs inbetween uni and work, just for a bit of a creative break. Thanks for this awesome video. IF works very well for me too...has been doing it for about a month now..I'm 52yrs perimenopausal

30-45 minutes better for me. This 60 min vlog I needed to stop/ start about three times as had other things to attend to. Love your content though no matter what you post - thrift, volt, try ons.

I would suggest you try some yoga, start with You Tube videos, but it’s great for stress, your neck/shoulder pain, exercise, it , along with thrifting, has changed my life.
