@@taysthetichey man,i did according to your instructions but it results too bad.I created 6 adsets 3 broad and 3 one broad audience per set.Budget 5 day per ad set..1 day is almost done i got only 4 clicks, cpc and cpm is too high,i run ads for t-shirt (solar eclipse) event. Can you give me some suggestions what can i do?
Tay, thanks for the awesome video, bro. I am testing out your strategy today. What you have covered in this video makes so much sense. I'll keep you posted if we get any sales...
Ok when we set the budget for an ad set to say $10...and have two creatives when I click on the adset in ads manager i see $10 next to each creative so $10 will be used for each creative (or $20) or the entire ad set is $10 and its splits between the two creatives?
Love the video!!! Question, will this work even if I have a very small budget? Right now, I only have about $20/day to spend so could I still test and do two adsets (one with detailed targeting and the other with broad) and possibly get results? Or do I need a bigger budget???
Yes, watch my latest video (about facebook photo ads), i share a low budget fb ads strategy that works for your budget. You may have to give it some time though
Hey I like your video. Can I question if you test 1 campaign 10 adsets (5 interest + 5 broad). 3 unique creative for 10 adsets or 30 unique creative for 10 adsets?
Great video, do you primarily use image ads over video. And do you every make UGC or hire someone to create video ads for you. If anyone else has experience please reply to me I would appreciate it a lot 😄
Hello Taysthetic, i have a question about the winning ad sets. If i reach the step where i have winning ads and then i can increase my budget to 150$, the problem is my daily spending limit is sticked to 70$ (set by meta). I don't know how i can increase it.
Hello , what if we have 2 winning adsets and both of them are broad , can we just keep the winning creative in both of the adsets and scale them both at the same time ? , if not how do I do it because I am having this case in my campaign .Thanks in advance you are the best !
I wished I watched before I spent 90$ on ads and only one purchase with 4 ad set and 4 creative ( and purchase that I got from not targeting audience I name it open and that ad set give me 1 purchase)
Thank you for the video and Yes! you are a life saver. I have a quick question as well. Can we test products with a facebook page even with no likes and followers? Is it possible to make any sales on a page with no followers?
So whilst you're scaling phase 2 are you still looking for more winning adsets in the original ABO campgain? If so and you find another winning ad set how do you add that to your CBO stack that you've copied 5 times
What's the point of testing several broad ad sets, if you're later going to make a new "wining - broad" ad set anyways? Doesn't it make more sense to keep running that wining broad ad set, only keep the wining ad creative, and just increase the budget?
in the testing phase, we're trying to find the best audience fit for our creatives. by launching 5 adsets, each ad will be delivered to a different group of people. Although they are all broad, they won't all be the same type of people. Think of it like throwing 5 darts and hoping 1 or 2 of them stick. If you only throw 1 dart (ie. 1 audience) you won't really know if your ads worked or not - simply because you don't know if FB delivered your ads to the right people with just that one adset.
@@taysthetic Yeah, I get that. But my point is, how do you know facebook will target that same section of the broad audience when you create a new one? How do you know it doesn't end up like the poor performing broad ad sets from the testing phase?
@@hustlersuniverse4823 you can't really know, tbh. But if you can validate that your creatives performed well from the multiple adsets made from the testing phase, it should ideally perform well as you attempt to scale. if it doesn't perform well at the next step up, then you have it maintain it at lower budgets and collect more data/purchases. if it still doesn't work as you scale up again, then your creatives need more work.
Love your content! Quick question once you move your winning ad set interests into one WINNING adset - do you leave the individual ad sets with the interests still active or disable them?
Brother, you're amazing! Just one question: do you always only use the Facebook page for advertising? And you never use the Instagram page? Many mentors say that you must use the Instagram page, but I think that the Facebook page alone is suitable.
no, having an IG page is not needed at all. I've always ran everything through the FB page. you can choose to use your IG page if you actually spend time to post organic videos and build a good following. when you have a good amount of followers on that page, then it could be beneficial to run ads from that IG account for more credibility for your brand. but once again, it's totally not necessary to be able to scale to high numbers. I've done it various times
hey Tay, appreciate this massive amount of value! Curious, for day 1, what if we get an add to cart value with borderline high CPC and CPM? do we still keep it running?
@@HassaneBouargane $10 per adset, but it doesn’t mean i will spend $100 by the end of the day. I kill any adset that doesn’t meet the metrics i’ve mentioned within a few $ spent
@@PitarSidel keep it running as long as CPCs are good. Wait until day 2 to get atc’s and purchases on day 3 (as long as cpc’s are still low on both of those days too)
@@taysthetic Thanks for the tip! However i have a new ad account that only has a $50 spending limit per day. I created 10 adsets and it spend $50 and 5 adsets produced good results. Should I let it just spend the full budget the next day to see if I’m getting as to carts before I decided to kill or continue?
@@taysthetic Well I get what you mean but with completly broad targeting and $10/day you wont get any data anyways. At least not within the first 10-14 days. Its probably way more effective to combine those ad sets so for one you wont have any fragmentation and also the algorithm would most likely gain improved efficiencies. At the end of the day the Algorithm may favor one ad more than the last time in an identical campaign, and thats what I dont really get too but it does seem like it has a general feeling of what works and what not. Like in a sense of 1/2 standard deviations from the mean. Stuff thats objectively bad will remain bad across all campaigns/ad sets and there really isnt too much luck involved.
@@mkingz1697 i meant run it for 2 days before making a decision to scale again. If it doesn’t get any purchases on day 1 or is not profitable, then it’s not ready to scale
"Hey man, unlike others who just talk about what they do and show a little bit, you're actually demonstrating the entire process while explaining it. Thanks a lot!"
Hello Tay! I've looked through all the reviews, but couldn't find the issue I'm facing. That's why I want to ask you - I'm following your method and testing it. In each ad set, there are 3 ads, and each ad has a purchase. When it comes to Phase 2, should I keep all 3 ads or just select the ones with the best CPM and CPC data? Hope to get your reply.
Thank you for the very exclusive and useful information If I sell high-priced products, the price is $300 And I take a test with a budget of $50 per day, when I do Scal, do I raise the budget to 250, I mean five times, and when I work Scal again, do I put $750 a day? Please give us this point and thank you for the truth of the information you provide to us.
Can Meta Pixel track data before install , I been doing SEO and have several visitor in my website but havent install Pixel. So I can do retargeting. ( Big Fan of all your content )
Regarding the winning ad set that is broad - why create a new broad ad set? Why not take the existing winning broad ad set, keep only the winning ad creative, and set the budget to $50?
Because going from $10 to $50 is a major jump (400% increase) which will greatly reset the learning from the initial $10 adset. It's better to retain the learning of your $10 adset and start a fresh $50 one that targets a new audience, but instead, it has your validated winning creatives. It usually performs the best this way.
@@taysthetic What do you mean by "better to retain the learning of the $10 ad set"? I thought you halt that when you create the new one with the higher budget? That learning is lost anyways no?
cool content! by the way, you know where i can find the facebook assets? looking to buy a fb profile but i cant find anything. thank you and keep pushing!
Hey Tay - in this video you're setting everything up using images for creatives which is straightforward. Do you talk anywhere about how to deal with multiple video creatives?
I have a video that shows a full tutorial of how i create/edit video ads. As far as testing, it's the same structure: 2-3 video ads per adset all with different hooks in each video. In other words, they can all be the same video ad but with different visuals or what you write/say in the first 3 seconds of each video. Hope that makes sense
quick question @taysthetic , so if you're doing 10 ad sets with a daily budget of $10 does that mean that you'll be spending $10 for each ad set which is $100 a day???
this is why CPM is the very first metric i look out for on day 1. if you have a CPM that high, you should shut it off immediately. there is almost 0 chance it will improve. better to test fresh creatives, try new ad account, new fb page, change up the keywords on your landing page, or simply move onto another product in a different/less sensitive niche. beauty/health usually gives the highest CPMs
Great content! Quick question: I saw you used 1 interest per adset. Is this a maximum or would you say stacking 3-4 maybe 5 interests can also work? Thanks in advance!
@@canoz5923 you can stack however much, honestly. Ex. If there’s like 20 beauty brands you can find, then stack them together! Because they’re all correlated anyway
hello tay i was just scrolling through your page and i realise that you have deleted or rather archived soem of your videos, cos i always take screen shots when you post and i feel that it is a good video, any reason why, and if possible can you enable that videos with title "Here is my simple fb ads startegy that made me 89445 in one month" thank you
Hey man, maybe super dumb questions but am not able to adjust the starting date of my new 'winning' adsets? Is this a regular thing that happens after you've ran the campaign and am I supposed to start it manually at midnight or? Cheers man love the content!
Hey tay the part were tou talk about not cropping the video and keeping the format original i have a problem so my videos are tiktok formated but 9:16 but i post them on facebook ads and the right column and search result makes them look so bad it just zoom into the middle and you dont know what is going on what should i do still keep it orignall please help
Hey taysthetic, I just saw your video and it was awesome! I was thinking, what if we made your long videos shorter and more interesting? And I'd love to help create some attention-grabbing thumbnails for your channel too!
Dear Mentor , First Of all take my respect to you . I have a quick Question , I can see most of the videos And seen that they are spending around 100-150 Usd and they are reaching around and reach around 5000-6000 people In USA UK Canada BUt For me , Today I have spend 100 usd . and can reach just 800 Poeple . its very very low . Why the thing is like thing for me ? where is the issues ?
do i have to put profile picture on facebook of me if i want to connect my personal accout to buissnes menager?(i am 14) - thay wont block me if i wouldnt put?
There’s a button that says “breakdown” on the right side of the ads manager. From there, you can click on Placement to see where your ads were shown and where ppl bought from
Hey tay, do you look at the metrics of the adset or the metrics of the different ads (creatives). So if an Creative has a CPC of 2 dollar you kill it? or you just kill the whole adset when the CPC is over 2 dollar?
I look at both. If there is an ad that has a cheap CPC and another with an expensive one, you can try to turn off the expensive one and continue to let the adset push some more budget to other ad. If the CPC recovers on the adset level, then keep it running!
Very good video brother❤ I was seeing lot of videos but not understanding anything, but after seeing this video I got to understand everything about testing and scaling❤☺
On first you said make budget atleast 10$ but after that you make 10 ad sets each 10$ it mean we have to burn 150$ or more for burning if the product is not wining..
Firstly, you definitely need a budget before using paid ads. (At least $1000-2000+) You can’t expect any results if you’re not willing to spend. Secondly, you’re not necessarily going to “burn” $150 for each product you test. You can save yourself money by following my Day 1 metrics to kill adsets before they waste you money. If the metrics are bad, then you should ideally have only spent around $30-50 before deciding to kill the campaign.
If you got a bunch of sales first day. Should you wait a couple more days to be safe? Or just wing it with the winning adsets in a separate adset stack. I got 5.9 roas first day. Is that valid to just go and shoot into scaling?
When scaling, do you turn off the smaller adsets? It feels like they’re competing and when I scale the original $10 dollar adsets do not perform how they used to
Hi Tay, This is some super quality content! Thanks Had a doubt, as we start with the scale phase 1 and duplicate the winning broad adset do switch of the original campaign as well?
