Those are some of the greatest income strategies around! I personally like covered call if I already have a long term stock position, but outside that, it's all credit spreads. @@AustinBouley so far i have done 4 trades on SPY with only one open and other 3 closed with around 50% profit. Too small a number, but give you feedback after one month or 20-25 trades. Thanks once again.

Great question! Typically a 14-16 dte and I typically close early. My average hold time per trade is 11 days.

I have yet to see a 15-19 delta option selection, what is a minus delta??

I don't trade based on deltas, but based on mathematical levels. However, it tends to be around the 15-25 delta

What do you do when the IV is really low (lower end of the products IV range), as the premium on lower delta strikes are sometimes less than 0.07 on a one point spread? At those levels the risk doesn't seem as appealing for the low porfit potential. With a higher IV, I totally get it makes sense. Thanks

Correct! That's why there is a minimum credit collection required. I don't take a trade unless I can collect at least .15 on a $1 wide spread. I am typically able to do this even in a low IV environment.

Anywhere from 5-10%, but no more than 10%. I typically stay within 5% on my large account and 10% on my smaller account.

Unfortunately, these are really poor strategies to grow an account, for a litany of reasons. I know people really don't like hearing this, because verticals are accessible to most traders so they dislike hearing that being taken from them, but once we factor in fees, you can have your 95% win rate and still lose money long-term. The issue with your permutation is you increased your win rate, and didn't adjust the corresponding win and loss sizes - which is exactly what would happen, thus once fees are added in, your expectation is negative. There are no free lunches in the stock market. Imagine a method for people to be able to cap their downside potential, win the vast majority of the time, and maintain positive expectation - who wouldn't do that? There's a reason you don't see everyone doing this.

Agreed! There are no free lunches and this isn’t one of those strategies. There will be losses and with high fees, you cant do it profitably. But it can still be a viable strategy for most people who can handle the drawdown periods

Credit spreads are directional spreads. Your presentation is sleazy. 1 wrong trade can wipe out your last 10 profitable trades. You claim to generate $2500 / month, which is = $25000 risk. Hahahaha! So, you need $250k account so that you don’t invest low% in one strategy… math is not working bro

If you set a stop loss and trade with the trend, you will have a lower risk and higher win rate.

He never explained $4000, he mentioned $5 X100 tho, but most people are watching these vids because you have less than $25000.00. This video teaches the concepts of credit spreads, my strategies on how I trade and since I make between $4000-$6000 a month trading credit spreads I titled the video "How I Trae And Make $4,000 A Month"! If you follow my strategy and system, you can certainly grow your account and eventually those returns too! I'm seeing it happen in my program. I even share everything I know and do in my Credit Spreads Trading Handbook, but if you don't like me or my channel, then I'm sorry and have a great night :)
