I LOVE to see this at such a young age. I'm sure you keep track of the weight you use, but it would be interesting to post it in these videos just so you and we as viewers can follow along in your progress. Also, you stick with this and you WILL be a World Champion as well one day. Wish you nothing but the best... and remember do what YOU love and do it for yourself... not for your brother father mother sister.... Do it for you if YOU love/want it. Auden you could upload more training videos with your family as strength gauges (Milo and Devon especially). You will be glad to have them when you're older
Eh, thats a lot of pressure. I hope the kid gets fit and has fun with his friends. Its very rare that kids want to follow exactly in their parents footsteps. If so, awesome, if not, I'm sure he'll do his own great things.
Auden, the first few exercises (where you crouch) put a lot of strain on your low back, I'd advise you to consider leaning over a table/bench for support. You'll thank yourself in the future! Great vid btw, keep it up

It's truly epic to see you training. I keep my elbow inside to force my shoulder to work but I'm about to try your way because it just looks like it's a lot easier to get that exercise up to heavy weight. Keep up the amazing content 💪 dang man do you have champions in your family or something? 😀

As the father so the son. Would be interesting to watch over time whether Auden would be developing his own unique pulling style or mostly acquire Devon's.
Everything is on point man. Keep killing it! What are you eating in a day? I think your next big area of improvement can be diet, number of meals needs to go up, amount of quality protein and quality fats need to go up, eat more like a bodybuilder and your gains all around will improve. Just trying to help as it helped me in my sport career a lot. 😊

These lifts are great specific training but I would really recommend some basic full body training such as pull-ups and dips to build foundational strength and size.
Since your so young Auden. You should do a measurement video hand, wrist bicep forearm to track your stats and progression. And update yearly. And being you will probably have kids some day that will more then likely armwrestle. Would be great for them to look back and compare as well.
the elbow across the chest, actually relaxes your lats, removes their involvment. Ask your mother about the windmill pose in YOGA i think Jodi does those. Similar princple. If your lats are tight as hell from AW, try that same move and i bet it works. The idea is the make the abs and glutes take over when they should be - through rotation. LAts are for extension and flexion of the spine. Good stuff!
