Nice portable setup Cigar Brother! I assume the ice fishing tent is well insulated. Just a heads up on the electric stuff, be sure that the cord you use is suitable for all the power you're using with a TV, heater, and lighting. Just to be safe, check out how many amps you're putting through the extension cords running to the house. Especially with the heater, they draw a lot of current and you don't want to pull more than 80% of the maximum amperage for more than an hour or two, because it could over work the extension cord and possibly cause a fire. Enjoy and be safe!
Dude, thank you so much for the heads up and and for that advice man I will really watch out for that. I appreciate you saying that and looking out brother appreciate you man.
Hey man, I just did the same set up here in Canada but I didn't set up a proper ventilation system yet. By the time I get to the end of my cigar, my eyes start watering. What RPM's are you running on that fan? Not sure if I should go with the quiter 1800rpm (30dBa) or the noisier but more powerful 2600rpm (47dBa). Thanks for the share! 😊
I have everything you have in your setup except the air purifier and the TV which I don't need. In mine I mounted my exhaust fan in one of the vents up top but the collection of smoke inside was just not enjoyable. Should it matter where the exhaust fan is positioned, hi or lo? Or is it the Air purifier that makes the most difference? I put the air purifier on my amazon list but I am curious on your thoughts and if you had any issues with smoke before perfecting your setup.
Great questions man…because I am dealing with these very issues that you mentioned. For starters these tents fill up with smoke so fast that it’s not even funny. Even my exhaust fan has a hard time clearing out the smoke. I have to place mine at the bottom because it’s too heavy to place anywhere else. I’ve had to turn my exhaust and air purifier up to the highest settings just to keep the air clean. This also includes opening the vents. I really need a rabbit air in there but my $100 dollar Amazon air purifier will have to do for now. Not sure if answered your questioned but I hope you get your tent where it needs to be. Stay Smokey my friend👌🏾
@@cigarbrother9379 nice. Im trying the same setup this weekend. I was thinking keeping the heat on during a snowstorm my help keep the roof light. thanks
Cigar smoking in the ice fishing tent during a snowstorm would be the ultimate cozy thing to do. Cold outside and warm inside with a stogie…nothing better than that. Let me know how it turns out👌🏾
